i have been buying my stationary from…
i have been buying my stationary from your old kent road branch for over ten years but my second to last trip i bought about £500.00 worth of stationary only to be told at a later date that the company has gone to receivers and i can not return some of the items .
hope your service will improve in future.

the cabinet was badly damaged and dented. Was told would get refund and now they have gone in to administration so cant get money back. Avoid

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of the damage to your filing cabinet, I regret to inform you that as of Monday 18/3/19 Office Outlet went into administration. As a result of this we are unable to do exchanges and or refunds on any products purchased on or before that date as we are under strict instruction from the administrators. I do apologise that you have been caught up in this process and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
You can try to obtain a refund via charge back from your bank if you paid by card , alternatively i would suggest you take further legal advice .

I am very sorry that your furniture order has been caught up in the administration process . I did email you yesterday with an update explaining the situation. Unfortunately we were informed of the administration at 5 pm on 18/3/19 . As your furniture was due for delivery after the date of administration, your order was put on hold by the administration team . No goods can be dispatched, exchanged or refunded prior to that date . I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
