I ordered my equipment on line using…
I ordered my equipment on line using Click & Collect which was excellent. However the “in store” experience was very poor simply because the store system did not hook up with the on line transaction. I was charged then charged the wrong price as the store was not aware of the discount I had received via Click & Collect, I was asked for my personal details in store all of which had been given as part of the on line registration process and the credit and reinvoice process in store was very slow. On line service 10/10, in store experience 3/10 due to system & process issues, not staff.

Great service at Preston but the online order did not outline that the price was due to run out that day, but a phone call from the Preston staff ensured that I got the items at the offer price and had them ready for collection as late as 18:40

I had a very god shopping experience at the Finneston Glasgow Branch.
I was taken care of by David Walsh and Kyle D.
They gave advice and assisted with placing my purchases in my vehicle.
They catered for my needs with enthusiasm, showing and explaining each product.
They went the extra mile by assisting with packing my purchases into my vehicle.
I will be going back to shop there without any doubt although it is a 40min drive from my home.

Very quick and efficient delivery service - spot on with time of delivery. This is second office furniture purchase with them. Product is exceptional quality
Staff in store very friendly and helpful. Deivery was next day and spot-on with time slot. Delivery crew were pleasant and efficient.
Second time I have purchased office furniture from Office Outlet - the product is fantastic quality - assembly however is let down by the instructions which aren't the most explicit and in some cases you have to use your own judgement.
