The chairs arrived in very good condition so I’m happy with that. The only issue is that communication could be a bit better as it took quite a while to get a response.

Had an issue with an arm piece for a chair we ordered months previously so contacted Office Resale.
Quick response to our request and we received a replacement part the very next day! Excellent service, very pleased to have the issue resolved so quickly and efficiently.

Driver was great, managed to get into a really tight space and down a steep driveway with no issues. Polite and friendly.

Home Office Chair
I recently received a new home office chair from Crown Workspace to support my posture after moving to a hybrid working role. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ryan provided outstanding customer service - he patiently explained the various ergonomic options available and helped me select the chair best suited to my needs. His expertise and attention to detail made the process smooth and reassuring.
What truly impressed me though was learning about Crown Workspace’s commitment to health and wellbeing beyond the workplace. Ryan mentioned that the company sponsors a health and wellbeing football club to support men, which I found inspiring. It’s rare to see a business actively investing in community initiatives that promote mental and physical health.

Excellent service from start to finish
Really impressed with the quality of the furniture and the entire delivery experience. Everything arrived safely thanks to careful packaging, with all parts, fixings and covers neatly organised for assembly.
The delivery process was outstanding - I received a scheduled time window, followed by a specific arrival estimate, and then live tracking. They even provided the driver's details and vehicle registration in case I needed to arrange building access.
Phil and the delivery team were friendly and helpful when unloading everything. Overall, exceptional service and I wouldn't hesitate to order again or recommend them to others.
