I was a little skeptical with paying online for this service as there are a lot of scams out there but I had an excellent experience with Gaby and I got the ESA letter the same day. Gaby was very knowledgeable and caring during the call and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend her.

My therapist Gabriela Jardines was amazing and was very quick to respond. This service is very trustworthy and she was very attentive and caring in the initial call and I received the necessary forms and documents the same day and when I needed her help later for verification, she took care of it within an hour. Would highly recommend.

My entire experience with Official pets was wonderful from start to finish. Leon was fantastic and super kind, and he went above and beyond to make sure that my apartment complex accepted both of my pets as emotional support animals. He was also very responsive through text whenever I had questions about the process. With so many scam ESA sites out there, I'm so grateful I was able to find Official Pets. I was really nervous about my building not accepting both of my pets as ESAs, but Leon was so reassuring and helpful. If you need an ESA letter, this is the company to go through!
