Travis Gray was extremely polite and professional. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful to my situation. Would highly recommend!

My therapist was great, easy to talk to, and always available. I wanted to keep her for my regular therapist! I would recommend to anyone looking to get an ESA letter to use this service and their therapists.

Had a wonderful experience, everything was a fast a smooth process, talking with miss lester went amazing and professional, I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone!

Theresa is absolutely amazing! She was incredibly responsive and understanding of my situation and I would highly recommend her to anybody who may need help :) 10/10 the best!

Theresa is AMAZING. So helpful and validating in my experience. I needed a letter as quickly as possible and my landlords needed additional documentation and she went above and beyond. This moving process could have been just another source of anxiety but I felt so empowered and prepared in large part to Theresa's work and her words. Just wow - I live in CA so I had to also pay a few extra fees because of state law but when I say it was worth every penny I mean it. Thanks again Theresa!

Theresa was a huge help! Very kind and welcoming during our phone call. I appreciated her reassuring words and explanations of the process.

Got in contact very quickly and received my ESA letter within 24 hours! Great service and very friendly!

Dr.Gabby was “fantastic”. Went with this website because of 5 star reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. If you’re reading this it’s because you want to go with a trustful business so look no further. I understand putting a lot of money upfront first with no verification is risky trust me, but this is definitely not the business that would take advantage of you!!
It was done quickly & smoothly and again thank you Gabby for all your help!!!!

From my experience with just 2 phone calls with Theresa , nurse practitioner. She was very sweet . Felt very comfortable speaking with her. Made me feel very welcome and opened about my situation, I truly recommend this website.

An incredibly easy and efficient process and the provider I spoke with was very nice. Literally spoke with them on the same day I submitted my application. Would definitely recommend!

What a relieving experience working with Theresa. Her knowledge and guidance made the ability of getting a pet stress free. Everything seemed better talking to Theresa. I highly recommend working with her!!

Process was quick, easy, and reputable. Theresa was so helpful and kind, I’m very happy with her and I got my letter. I would definitely recommend using official pets to get an ESA letter. Additionally, Theresa and I’d assume other professionals you’ll be connected with offer to speak with landlords after issuing you your letter too if needed. Amazing and overall couldn’t be happier with the service.

Gabriela called me right away and the entire process was so smooth and simple. We briefly went over my mental health history and she was very kind and understanding. She sent it right away, the entire process from payment to call to letter was 10 minutes!

Leon Melnitsky helped me get my pet approved for an ESA letter for two different apartment complexes with great turnaround. Very efficient and saves a lot of money in the long run.

Theresa made this process so simple. She walked me through it step by step and made everything clear. She was also compassionate when I was describing my struggles with mental health, and made me feel very comfortable. I had my letter the same day as my follow-up appointment. I could not recommend more highly!

fantastic service and support - kind, professional and compassionate

This process was so simple and for someone dealing with mental issues at the time of getting it done it was like a breath of fresh air. The therapist are very calming and supportive. I will continue using them for all my renewals. The entire process from start to finish took about 5 mins and I was in contact with someone from the company immediately and therapist called back within a short period of time and I had my letter same day. Awesome company and thanks for helping people with mental issues keep your support animal with you. Bluu and I are very grateful.
