Official Pets

Amazing experience. Dr Gaby was very professional and made the process smooth and was very informative and she is so nice to talk to.

Theresa was amazing, very understanding and answered every question with kindness
She made sure I know all of my rights and I feel safe in her hands! Thank you for everything

Doctor Gaby is so nice and attentive she cares about her patients and it’s always there if you need her or have any questions

Leon has been such a help in getting my sweet pup registered as an ESA and really checking in on me from time to time. I would most definitely recommend his services with Official Pets to anyone! Such a pleasure anytime we connect.

Theresa was great and made me feel very comfortable during my call. Would recommend her to anyone else starting this process. Received all paperwork very quickly.

My experience with Gaby was amazing. She was very kind and understanding and was thorough in her assessment. I felt supported through the process and she even sent me resources to help me know my rights. I would recommend official pets to my friends and family.

Leon has done a phenomenal job having my German Shepherd certified as an ESA. There’s no long waiting process or huge sets of paperwork involved. If you’re considering having your pets deemed a necessity, I’d recommend going with him over any of the other so called “services” which may or may not be the real deal. Theres so many so called services that offer certificates and plaques which legally mean absolutely nothing and you are essentially paying for nothing. With him it’s straight to the point and all legally protected.

Gaby was fantastic and super helpful! I was stressed about the process but then I talked with her and it was so fast and easy and comfortable! I really recommend both official pets and Gaby!

I had a fantastic experience working with Travis at OfficialPets.com. He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. Not only did he provide thoughtful recommendations, but he also took the extra step of verifying everything with PetScreening.com right away. He kept me informed every step of the way, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I really appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Official pets was easy to use and I was able to speak to someone about the emotional support that my pets bring.

Great experience overall. Booked an expedited appointment and got a call an hour later. 10/10 recommend

They were very quick to get to you, and they were very nice about the requests. They also reassure you that if you ever needed anything else they’ll quickly be of assistance.

Offcial Pets was a breeze to use and great experience! I submitted my original request on Friday and got a call from my provider the next day on Saturday (which I missed), I got another call on Sunday (which I also missed). After 2 days of phone and email tag with my original provider I emailed Official Pets to see if there was another provider who had availability more suited to my schedule at which point Leon called shortly after and got me taken care of on the spot (8pm on a Sunday!). I had my letter within minutes of our phone conversation! I will absolutely be recommending this service to my friends.

Travis made the process so smooth and stress free, will definitely be using in the future!

I talked to Theresa and she was AMAZING AND REAL and knew what she was talking about. NOT a scam. It was super quick and simple too. She was amazing and it’s a great peace of mind knowing she believed me and I trusted her. I got my letter literally within 24hrs (actually sooner) I was shocked. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend Teresa!

Paid the fee and had my letter the next day. Super quick and painless process. ESA Letter was accepted by Petscreening.com. Huge thanks to Gabi at Official Pets!

Had a talk with Theresa, she is so great, so pleasant, so supporting. I really like her questions. The atmosphere was very nice I even didn’t feel anxiety. Thanks for your service

Theresa was very professional and compassionate. She helped me nutshell what I have been struggling with and set me on the right path to not just have my ESA pets with me, but also taking care of my mental and emotional health too. Thank you Theresa!!

Leon has been amazing. He helped me with my first emotional support animal last year. He’s very attentive for whatever you might need. I highly recommend you work with him

This is a great service. I was quickly contacted by a professional to complete the process and everything was very easy.
