I got regular updates about my order so I knew where everything was up to. I ordered a shelf/ coatrack which was great quality of wood and very well made. Just what I wanted.

Ordered coat hooks on January 14th, with 2-3 week delivery and not turned up yet. (Feb 24th EOD)

I understand things can be delayed, but there is absolutely no customer service. Emailed with no response, called but get hung up on by the automated system.

I then got a text from Dom saying am I enjoying my order. I replied to say I've not got it yet and received nothing.

Impossible to get hold of anyone to actually solve this.

Great service all round. Easy to order online. The pictures are very accurate for the products. I think the quality of the product is very good and therefore well worth the slight wait given it’s made to order! I am sure I will be purchasing more products in the future! Thanks.

Have ordered an oak mantel shelf through B&Q. It should have arrived a week ago and despite being advised it has been despatched, there is no sign of it. Have made 3 calls to B&Q and now just want a refund but even this is proving difficult. What a joke!

We absolutely love our coffee table! Felt the website was easy enough to use. Lovely coat rack, very well-made, and has been much admired. I appreciate that it's a small business and everything is made to order, but it might help if Off the Grain indicated that there might be delays in production and delivery. I had to chase them, but their response was quick and the item then arrived. I also received personal follow-up to make sure everything was OK. Overall, happy with the experience; would use the company again.

Very happy with our lovely oak coat rack with shelf. The company kept us updated about when it was being made and despatched, the quality is excellent and it looks very good in our newly painted hallway! We are not the world's greatest DIYers but managed to put it up without too much difficulty. Would definitely recommend.
