OFRA Cosmetics Avis 14

I purchased the HD Waterproof Mascara last month. I only used it for the first time a few days ago or I would’ve been sure to review sooner. First of all, this mascara was marketed as top notch for volume and length. Secondly, it’s not cheap. (Regular price is $26 for a tube but I had a coupon for $10 off my first purchase so the mascara itself was $16 plus shipping. Total for my order was $23.50.) This mascara is a fraud. The formula is the type of formula that makes your curled eyelashes droop when applied. What a let down! I was so excited to try it since they advertised it as the best for volume and length. NO ONE CAN SEE VOLUME OR LENGTH WHEN YOUR EYELASHES DROOP ONCE YOU APPLY THE MASCARA. So I contacted customer service to get a refund because I’m not satisfied. Not only was there no sense of “Oh no! We’re so sorry our product disappointed you” but they won’t refund the shipping I paid for their BUM A$$ PRODUCT! That’s actually infuriating. And it’s telling. If a company as big as Ofra won’t refund my ENTIRE purchase including shipping, are they really a big company? Stay clear of Ofra Cosmetics. They’re not as good as they advertise AT ALL. ZERO STARS!! Fraud product. Sub par customer service. CHEAP!

love the products but customer service is nonexistent as i’ve been attempting to contact customer service over 2 weeks now for help with a return and no reply.

Very disappointed… nothing special about this mascara. Super clumpy. Waste of money!

Awful service, order hasn't arrived and customer service doesn't want to know about it. Their team are rude, and exploit people with their poor handling.

Avoid!

I'm LITERALLY obsessed with their long lasting liquid lipstick. When they say "long lasting" they mean it!! It stays on ALL day, even after I eat and drink coffee all day. Plus, my lips don't get all dry or sticky. I have a few shades, but my all time FAV is Laguna Beach. I wear it literally everyday.

Terrible brand. Do not give them your money. Their highlighters are like putting chalk on your face. Their lipsticks are over drying and make your mouth feel gross. Definitely will not be purchasing from this brand ever again.

Abysmal service .. ordered from this company was able to track item until it arrived in my country and then nothing upon contacting them I was given incredibly ridiculous excuses as to why I had not received my order including a10/12 week delivery time (to travel 130 miles from depot to my house ) and a lack of any understanding of simple facts just sad stock answers ... I would not recommend buying from them

I just received my first ever direct order from the Ofra Cosmetics site & wow!

I ordered the Liora x Ofra & Empowered Palettes. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting them to be so pigmented. I was swatching them for a friend & I didn’t want to ruin them so I dabbed lightly & boom - so pigmented.

I’m very pleased with that because that means a little can go a long way.

The colour story of the palettes is what drew me & I’m really happy with what I got.

Shipping was smooth - I was able to track my package the entire time & since I signed up for updates, I knew exactly where my package was each time.

I will definitely be buying more directly from the Ofra Cosmetic site. My previous experience was through add-one on a monthly box subscription, where I got a few highlighter & they’re absolutely gorgeous.

Would I recommend Ofra Cosmetics? Absolutely

The cosmetics are cheap and made in China.

I will NEVER BUY OFRA again!

Ofra Cosmetics manufactures amazing makeup and skin care products. I attended a wedding a destination wedding in Hawaii recently and the palette we used worked well for all ages and skin types.
I just recently tried the Rodeo Glow products and I am in love. Keep doing what you are doing Ofra. You are amazing!

I divided my scavenger hunt giftcards among me and my daughters.

As my daughters carry my name.... duh, they are my daughters …. and it had to be sent to my address to prevent risk of loss having them delivered at their dorm address, their orders were all cancelled. Though we have a seperate accounts for each of my daughters, they are not considered customers, having delivery at my address.

Ofra has cancelled the orders, the giftcards are gone/lost and they are not willing to do anything about it. No idea where the gift cards went to.

This was a first time and never again for me.
As my daughters always have their stuff sent to my address, I guess as long as they are students it's over for them too.

I really love ofra but They don't offer Shipping to Saudi Arabia:(
What can I do in black friday:_(

ordered the mystery bag in June 2018. First time Ofra consumer. I was unhappy and disappointed when I open up the silver and black bag. In the bag was a full size bottle of liquid makeup in Ebony. I am white. Why would they put that in a mystery bag? I also got dark purple lipstick. Both useless. 0ne small eyeshadow and one small highlighter. Thats my mystery bag. Our Mystery Bag had an assortment of different items from our line, some bags included foundations while others didn’t.
