Since I have being using ohentpay I have never heard of anything called review,I provided everything that was asked of me yesterday but my transaction Is still on pending till today have asked for refund still to no avail..ohentpay you have no right ask people how they got there money or proof of funds you are not bank,please refund me my money or you complete my transaction and stop acting like fraudulent institution.refund my money or complete my transaction or else I will file for fraud.

Fraudulent piece of trash
If it is possible to give a company 0 star, I would. Ohentpay doesn't deserve the one star they are getting. 15% of my transactions with them in 2years have ended with hectice customer care tussles.
They use slightly higher rate to entice you but their process is slow, unpredictable and frankly not worth the extra money you think the rate will give.
I will NEVER use them again and you they must refund my money completely.
Avoid them. Thrash company.

Bad First Impression
My transaction of Pound to Naira is now over 13 Hours and status still on processing, the customer agent assigned "Francisca" is not even replying.
