Recently signed up to this company but I've a sneaky suspicion they've gone or are near to going bust. Sent a message regarding the account 4 days ago and still not heard anything. A financial institution really can't run like that. 2 stars as it seems to be doing transactions but not using it for larger ones incase I'm right. Was good the name mentioned above helped me out and got me out from the mess they put me through

Ohentpay has too much hidden…
Ohentpay has too much hidden charges(both transactions fee and funding fee) you will see transactions fee but will not see funding fee, next thing will be your money will be reduced before transfer and there is nothing else you can do about it.

If you prefer not to fund your wallet and want to make a payment directly, please choose the "Use other ways to pay" option instead of the "Fund balance" option. This will allow you to make a payment directly with your card without the additional deposit fee.
To do this: Select the "Send" option from the homepage → input the amount and choose your recipient → you’ll then see the “Use other ways to pay” option → click on that → select “Pay with card.”

They charge you to add money to your account and charge you to transfer money. I closed my account after just 5 hours with them.

If they put your funds on hold, call customer service and report as fraud
I am amazed as to how people write here that their services are good deceiving other potential naive users. My suggestion is that since it’s mostly Nigerian customers that they put their funds on hold even those that came from their other Nigerian bank accounts, people should start calling up their original (source) banks from where they made the transfer. Once you make the call to bank’s customer service, report the transfers as scam and fraud so that the CBN (fraud unit) would query their partner banks in Nigeria. If a good number issues that scam/fraud alert especially when you know funds are moved from your other Nigerian bank accounts, the CBN will get the partner banks to start paying compensation or interest daily on those funds or return them back to the source. Just make sure to report to the fraud unit of your original bank and their partner banks like Best Star Microfinance will start getting the fines and penalty. They usually give 48 hours or so. Only the CBN (fraud concerns and court) has the right to issue a PND notice on an account. Not even your designated bank has the right to place a PND on your entire funds instead of the transaction in question.

You guys can do better than this.
I've been using OhentPay for over two years now with the same credit card details. Last year, after getting married, I faced delays with my withdrawals, which made it difficult to meet some financial commitments. A similar issue occurred when I was purchasing land—I withdrew 13 million Naira, and despite providing all the necessary information, it took them two days to send my money.
Yesterday, I traveled from Calabar to Lagos to purchase building materials and made a withdrawal of $10,100 using my Wise account. To clarify, Wise is a 3D-secure payment platform that requires mobile authorization before any transaction can be processed. I completed all the necessary authorizations and even provided extra information to show my trust and compliance with OhentPay's process.
However, it has now been over 30 hours, and I am stranded in Lagos, borrowing money just to cover my expenses and meals. Meanwhile, my Wise account shows that the funds have already been released to them. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep telling me to wait as my transaction is still under review.
I understand that security checks are necessary, but such prolonged delays are simply unacceptable. It's frustrating to be in a situation where my own money is inaccessible, leaving me stuck in Lagos without funds.
