Still waiting for my money to be paid and I don’t know if it will ever come
It’s been almost 2 days now and I have not received my money in the currency I tried to change with them despite providing 2 separate bank accounts for payment. I have asked for a refund in the original currency I paid in but they refused and they are telling me to wait for my money indefinitely. Use this service at your own risk. If there was a zero star, I would give it to them. Bordering on fraud.

Ohentpay at is worst and no longer fit purpose
Ohentpay is now one of the worst money transfer platform . They started well but now very terrible to use. If you have an emergency they are the worst and now their platform are no longer reliable. Please research others better platforms . OhentPay is now terrible platform, I had sent money for medication last week, I had to come to this platform before the recipient was credited, I tried them again today the same is the case. Please run from ohentpay .

Mistake I made I didn’t read the reviews before I used the app worst experience ever WARNING!!! If you need your money to be transferred ASAP run from Ohentpay your money get stuck for one day before your payment can go through. I have used other platforms before and never had this issue I had with them.

It was fast and effectively done within a minute when I transferred to another UK bank account, but the only annoying thing is the 0.20 transfer charges which is absolutely absurd because none of these other accounts services charge to send money locally within the UK and that you guys really need to work on.

Will you ever bring back the option of debit card payments?
Also, I accidentally clicked yes to opening an account with Ohentpay and do not want that account at all. How can I cancel that bank account as I am not interested in keeping it?
If you are not restoring the debit card payment option on your App, I would rather use other fund transfer Apps that do.

HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY
Wow, This company is so awful I'm even in shock.
Their app, it's some kind of online bank? Based in Nigeria? Somehow they managed to get a license to operate in the EU , the USA and other countries. As a payment app? With bank accounts.
Well... I strongly advice everybody to not use this app. Your money is not safe here.
Safe as in, if you deposit money here, you won't get it out. Because,
This company just LOVES to freeze accounts for no particular reason.
I was using their app for something like one month.
Everything seemed kinda normal. Okay.
I deposited money from my bank account in the UK to my name, and I withdrew money to another bank account in the UK to my name. Nothing strange right?
Then this week. Suddenly. Any incoming transaction to the othenpay pay.... all of them they were not instantly deposited, they were "pending" and "under review.
And I'm not kidding they were even manually checking incoming of 10 euros, 15 pounds transactions.
????
Sounds ridiculous.
Then eventually yesterday they entirely froze my account, I can't deposit, I can't cash out.
Their reason?
"Dear client , we are conducting a random account check, today you're the lucky one"
Yeah I mean, what they gonna find? Cockroaches under the bed? Literally all the transactions are to my name.
WHAT? Man....
I've never see such crazy, financial criminal behavior in my life.
How are they allowed to operate in the EU and in the USA? I got no idea.
So, if you want to keep your money.
Don't deposit it here, you won't get it back.

Awesome Experience
Awesome Experience. Been using OhentPay for a while now and it has been awesome. Sending money to Nigeria and receiving money from Nigeria have been made easier and simpler. All recent transactions are done within seconds. And the recently introduced BACS payment method is even better. Though 1 or 2 delays do happen once in a while but issues are resolved easily to restore customers confidence. I highly recommend them. They are not scammers guys, they are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority of the UK.

I made a transfer, which worked a treat. I was not aware that there had been a pause on credit card transactions for remittances. But it was quite easy to employ BACS as OhentPay now advises. As a matter of fact, I prefer the option of BACS.

Horrible service
Horrible service. I was charged a fee of £19 just for funding my wallet and when I complained, they said it was because I used my card so the transaction fee is 1% of the amount I transferred. I explained to them that this was not stated on the app nor did I receive any prompt informing me of this fee before I completed the transaction, but they did not believe anything I said and were not willing to take any accountability. It is very disappointing that they would impose hidden charges on people. This is definitely my last time using their services.

Not able to transfer directly from debit card plus double charges as a result of funding wallet and doing transfer
I have a very horrible experience lately. The app is not allowing customers to send money from the card anymore, it requests you to first fund your wallet and deduct £1.9 plus another charges while transferring to the naira account. My wife had similar issues and she could not even fund her own wallet and no option for her to transfer directly from her debit card.
I contacted your support team, they said they are working on the issue to have the platform running as normal, but unfortunately no feedback from your team since then.
