Ohentpay the thieves in disguise...
I was told not to use ohentpay by my friends but i paid a deaf ear, they told me they are thieves and worst remittance company in the uk, i thought maybe they were just joking .
Until my family member just send 40 pounds to my wallet they held my 40pounds and locked my 1700pounds in my wallet saying i should send an I D of the sender which i did instantly. Up till now my account is still on review for almost a week without any clear explanation. I have reported the matter to the financial ombudsmen, they said they keep getting report regarding the dealing of the company. I which i knew earlier...

The charges is too high for a transfer…
The charges is too high for a transfer whether you are doing a huge convert or a small convert. £1.99 is quite big for charge. This should be reviewed maybe to less than £1.

My partner sent me £40 the next minute my account is frozen and no one is responding they asked me for evidence for the payment which I have provided and now no one is responding I have reported them to action fraud and the financial ombudsman

Absolute shambles of a company, I made a transfer of £100 which isn't even alot for shopping. an they have held my payment for over a week now an left me struggling financially. Avoid this company!!!

I have been crying since they took my money, I sent money from my euro account to pounds account, I transfer 300 euros to receive 249 pounds, they only gave me 49 pounds, and the worst part is that I trusted this app, they played me at the end of the transaction. I’m so scattered 😭.

Scammers!!!
I opened a bank to get money from friends to buy a gift for our friend. The money came in, but I couldn't pay for the purchase because money is limited. That was back on February 21. It's now May 2. They told me there was a check going on and to wait. Nothing has changed in these 2 months and they have stopped replying to me. I have been writing to them for a month now and have not gotten a response.
This bank just blocked the money and won't give it back. I asked them to close my account and let me withdraw my money or just give the money back to the senders. In response, they are silent.
Do not register and do not open this bank if you do not want to lose money

It was scary
It was scary. First transaction was super fast. Just when I said yayyy I found the best exchange app, I funded my account a second time and it’s nowhere to be found. I’m still waiting as I write this review.

Yes I just encountered some delays in ohentpay, I think that they are one of the best when your details are all up to dated. Every thin is fine with them but they need to come up with a valid phone number and a valid office address so that when situation arises like them holding back ones money, there will always be a review and a call so that ohentpay customer will not been thrown into panic.

The worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure to use, my account has been closed, fine.. but tell me WHY it is going to take 8-12 weeks for my funds to be returned??? 2-3 months after you decide to close my account? Customer support are some of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to.

Unacceptable Delay — Withholding My Funds Without Justification
Review:
I made a transaction of £20,000 through OhrentPay and over 24 hours later, my money is still being withheld without clear explanation or transparency. I have submitted all documents they requested, including my bank statement and source of funds, yet they continue to delay and hide behind vague responses like “the team will get back to you.”
This has caused me immense stress and inconvenience. As a financial exchanger, holding client funds without valid reason or communication is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the trustworthiness of this platform. I’ve reported the issue to my bank and I’m escalating this to relevant financial authorities.

This banking institution is among the worst I've encountered. Their reliability is questionable, and frustration is inevitable with any service they provide. Whether you're receiving or sending money, you can expect delays, especially if they claim to be reviewing a payment—resolutions can take days. If they truly believed in their services, they would at least provide a contact phone number for customer support.
