They sent a smart plug to the house we’re supposed to get 1000 free watch upon activating activated to my account and never received the credits there are unable to tell me why

disappointed in rewards conversion
I read about how ohm connect drastically slashed the amount of rewards you ear per watt in the past few years and that’s really disappointing because I’d have to get 100% on my ohm hours for months to even earn 5 or 10 dollars

I received several emails from OhmConnect and 1 or 2 of them went into my Gmail SPAM.
I don't have much to say about OhmConnect since I was signed up for the company by Energy Simply. Other than minor contact, it's out of my hands. I do see communications with the company like this though.

Helpful However Could Be More Speedy
I had an issue with an order involving ohm connect, they said their logistics team would look into it and get back to me. I waited a few days and i did not receive a response. This led me to contact them once again for an update on the situation. They let me know that they fixed the issue with my order but still did not give me anything that would give me assurance of that the issue was resolved. Something such as a tracking number would useful. I am still awaiting for my package to arrive and hope that the issue with my order was actually fixed.
Update: A tracking number was said to be sent to me when the order ships! This is very reassuring and i may have been too harsh on my end. The OhmConnect Support Team were very respectful and got my issue resolved. My only complaint was having to contact them again due to not me receiving an update. Overall a great team that helped fix my issue props to them!
