How many negative stars can I give
How many negative stars can I give. This is little whatever is, is a joke. They can not call you. Just email. Stupid. They could have done better. Just a waste of my time. Who wants to sit by their computer or phone to converse about their silly app or algorithm and how it does not work. Edison has increased their rates so much that it does not matter. We are literally living in a hotel since October 2022 and my electricity is high as he'll and nothing is plugged in but the refrigerator and a freezer. So, this little Ohm company is not at all useful.

Faulty monitoring
I turned my thermostat off at 4:00 on the 13th and didn’t turn it on again until 6:30. However, the email I received said that I didn’t, so I didn’t receive credit.

I do understand the goal of this…
I do understand the goal of this program, so I have given it an extra star for its proactive movement. Personally, I don’t see any immediate benefit to myself or others on this program. The free Google home was other only plus so far. I see this as more of a real life game to get points. Unfortunately for me, it’s not a fun game.

not accurate for use of electricity
not accurate for use of electricity, Christmas decor placed a higher use for short term, now mostly all small appliances are unplugged only plugged at use time, really nothing left to unplug, even washer dryer unplugged. i unplugged my eco device only and didn't turn tv on so not much will be gained.

I’ve been contacting them about the referral bonus and nobody seems to write back if they do it’s a week later. I signed up in November n still haven’t been paid for sign up and my friend that referred me still hasn’t gotten their bonus.
