My order was canceled because nobody was home to take delivery. The item was shipped all the way back from England to Germany without consulting me first. There had been no prior communication about delivery or indication of a delivery date beyond the fact it would be "delayed". I recommend if ordering from this company you have someone in the house constantly just on the off chance it may be delivered. Better yet, don't order from this company!

The cabinet arrived damaged, and even the replacement had the same damaged panel due to poor packaging.
Customer service did not offer a practical solution , leaving me with two damaged sets to deal with. For a return, I was expected to a drop-off point myself, as they would not arrange collection.

I never received my delivery, and the whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I was expecting my order, but it never arrived, and this has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expected a much more reliable service and better communication regarding the delivery. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Great product, solid build, delivery was only delayed due to customs, so not the fault of the vendor. Really happy with the workmanship of the product.

Extremely disappointing experience.
My kitchen unit was delivered incomplete, with one of the two required packages missing. I had already arranged for a joiner to come and install the units, only to discover that the cabinet couldn't be assembled because the second package hadn't been delivered.
The company simply told me the missing parcel was "in transit" but couldn't provide any estimated delivery date. Days later, there is still no sign of it. The responses from customer service feel robotic and repetitive, with no real attempt to resolve the issue or provide reassurance.
To make matters worse, they refused any goodwill gesture or compensation, despite the fact that I had wasted my time, prepared my kitchen, and had to rearrange another installation appointment.
Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability for the inconvenience caused. I would not recommend ordering if you have tradespeople booked or need your furniture delivered within a specific timeframe.

Don’t use this company. Ordered a unit from .co.uk website, however travelling from Germany. Missed initial estimated delivery. Then arrived in UK as two separate parcels, for the same unit. One parcel delivered, other keeps saying missed delivery when no one tried to deliver. Now can’t be reschedule, spent 1hr on phone; emailed service team, generic responses. Don’t have a clue. Will file a credit card dispute

Delivery was quicker than expected. Lovely coffee table, and very strong. Highly recommend 👌

My purchase was delayed a couple of days, but I was informed about this which meant I didn't have to go 'chasing' it. Now assembled, looks very good and is solid

Extremely frustrating experience. My order was delayed, then marked as “missed delivery” without any prior notice. I stayed home waiting, yet no delivery attempt was made.
Tracking information was inconsistent (GLS and Royal Mail), no delivery time slots were provided, and I was unable to rearrange delivery or leave instructions. No card was left after the supposed attempt, making it impossible to manage redelivery.
Customer service responses were generic and unhelpful, offering no real solution. I work during the week and cannot wait at home indefinitely with no clear delivery information.
Overall, very poor communication and unreliable delivery service. I would not order again unless this process improves significantly.

My storage unit arrived damaged, I emailed customer services to raise this issue, I got a response to say she found my orders and asked me which item it was, to then receive an email to say 'Based on your message, it is not really clear how we can best assist you, as your contact so far has not been linked to an order.'

Can someone tell me what is going on?!

Instructions are very unclear. Neither furniture hardware or furniture fittings was labelled with stickers so we spent enormous amount of time guessing what is what and labelling. Fittings came mixed in same bags so we had to sort that out too.
Door hinges were indicated for positioning wrong way in assembly drawing which became apparent as we erected wardrobe and it was so hard to take them out and put back in correctly.
Top cabinet (add on cupboard on top of wardrobe) is only sitting on 4 wooden dowels which makes it wobbly when opening cupboard doors so we have to figure out how to secure it by literally engineering and buying parts for our own solution.
Apart from that upper part it is sturdy and slightly better quality of the panels.

They had exactly what I was looking for . I had been told in kitchen shops that my design and colour would cost between 15 and 30K . We ordered a couple of cupboards to check out the quality and colour and we are thrilled and shall be ordering the full kitchen .

Good points - super speedy delivery and the cabinet is lovely.. it’s only a cheap thing made from particleboard but it does the job beautifully and the colour is gorgeous.
Bad point - arrived in an absolutely shredded box, ripped all along one side and wrapped in sellotape not parcel tape. Wasn’t sure to accept as not sure everything was there but took a chance!
Sort out your packing ok living and I’ll order lots more
