I rang to confirm your Broadway shop had the Crosby chair on display. We arrived the next day and were greeted and treated excellently. Your staff were most helpful and welcoming.
The chair was delivered on time 4 days later.

Shop staff were very helpful in Broadway and the setting was so lovely to show the pieces on sale. We bought a rug we had been looking for and took it home the same day. The quality of the goods on sale was very good.

Lovely showroom
Lovely showroom, although not as good as the last time I visited. Got the feeling some of the staff were unapproachable but thank goodness Paul came in the room and was so helpful. Purchased a plate set because of this. Love them.

Great service in your Broadway shop. We bought 4 pictures and they need to be delivered from the warehouse. These arrived in our closest store, Bath a few days later. Staff there were also helpful and carried them to my car. Packaged well .
