Amazing showroom with helpful staff
I’ve had a wonderful experience buying furniture and art at the shop. Had a very helpful consultant as well. Would not have bought half of the stuff without seeing it face-to-face.

Annoying
Nicky in Guildford store was very helpful and gave helpful advice too . Only disappointment was unfortunately the Fletcher sideboard was damaged at the warehouse and I would like to have been told how long it would be ,before next delivery .

We placed an order online recently for a large rug, which I must say we are absolutely thrilled with! However, I don't think we would have been confident enough to make such a large purchase online without seeing the rug in real life. We visited the store in Guildford after confirming that they had the rug on display. The staff in store couldn't have been more helpful , we spoke to three separate ladies overall who all made our visit worthwhile with their advice & knowledge. The store itself is always a pleasure to visit. On this occasion the purchase needed to be made online. Delivery was exceptional, very quick service and two very helpful delivery men. Thank you OKA & the Guildford store.

Amazing customer service and great…
Amazing customer service and great Sofa. I had recently purchased a new sofa from a different company which didn't suit our living room. I found the Pippo at OKA and thought it would be great, but wasn't sure if it would fit up the stairs, and how it would work if it didn't. I received the most fantastic customer service from Ottie at their Guildford branch who helped me liaise with their installation team to ensure the sofa would fit, as well as ensured it would be delivered quickly. Ottie answered my questions quickly and ensured that everything was organised well. And now I have a wonderful new sofa that I absolutely love! Thank you OKA and Ottie!

The whole team at the Guildford store are helpful and experienced in advising which pieces work best along side existing furniture or new pieces from store. Eglee in particular has been extremely helpful in sorting out an issue we had and we feel she has gone above and beyond.

Fantastic customer service
Can’t fault the customer service! Danielle has been fantastic! Went to the Guildford store, ordered a bistro set to be picked up in store. I came in to collect it and it had been reduced since we bought it, without prompting they refunded us the difference and gave us a free candle which was also part of an offer when I picked it up. When I got home the table had a mark on it (these things happen) it was very quickly resolved and they even comp’d the delivery and pick up for the replacement. Quality of the (replacement) product is also very good as would be expected by Oka

Damaged
Unfortunately the item of furniture was damaged in several places.
The issue was delt with very quickly.
And hopefully a replacement is coming on Sunday.
