I had 2 visits to Oka (Redbrick, Yorkshire) within the same week and purchased a lot of cushions and other items to help dress 3 of the 4 main reception rooms in our home that has recently reached completion on a total restoration & renovation (an old rectory). I cannot praise Jess and Bella enough! They were so professional, friendly and hugely helpful in helping choose the cushions and other items purchased. They are very talented and have such good expertise in the way of interior design. Their kind practical service too was top notch, helping by getting all the cushions on & off the shelves and laying them out against my furniture sample fabrics and even at the end of my time there, insisting they bring ALL my bags to my car. Nothing was any trouble and their positive, happy ‘can do’ demeanour was refreshing and just fabulous!

Beautiful store, excellent customer service
The staff in Oka at Red Brick Mill are excellent, extremely friendly & helpful . The store is packed with wonderful products which are beautifully presented.
Samantha was particularly helpful giving us a wish list for a product currently out of stock & advising that she would contact us as soon as it becomes available.

Redbrick OKA store customer service
I purchased two of the beautiful Mini Grisewood Wireless Wall Lamps from the Redbrick OKA store.
Afeefah and Jess provided a quality, personable service and answered all my questions including how to use the lamps, charging time and battery usage, which helped me to make the decision to purchase. Being able to use the online discount code at the store saved delivery costs making this service perfect.

My visit to Oka at Redbrick Mill was an absolute pleasure largely due to the exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic staff. Nothing was too much trouble for Samantha who moved and tried cushions , tried lampshades to get the correct size, checked stock ect

Feather explosion!
I bought two feather cushion pads. Unfortunately I can’t find my order number and complain but the are the least fit for purpose cushion pad ever.
My living room is constantly covered in feathers. The cushions are spiky with all the feathers sticking out all over them so the cushions have been demoted to the floor. I’ve just gone to take the pad out of the cushion cover and seen that all around the seams of the cushion it is rammed full of feathers fighting their way out. As i’ve taken the pad out of the cover 1000s of feathers have covered my living room
How can a feather cushion pad be so porous, surely the whole purpose is that the fabric hold the feathers inside not allow them to leak through in their 100s.

Fabulous Customer Service
I had wanted to make a trip to Redbrick Mills for sometime now and I finally made it there yesterday.
One of the outlets in there is Oka. I was blown away by the level of customer service I experienced there. Jess was the lady's name and she is an absolute credit to your company. Friendly, engaging and really helpful.
My mother was so impressed as well we will for sure go back and buy from you guys again.
