The staff were amazingly helpful. Downside is not only do you charge for delivery unless you spend an astronomical amount you also charge for click and collect

Best service, styling and product
I have never received such a warm, processional, highly skilled and helpful service as the one provided by Laura at the Sunninghill store. I came in for a lampshade and left with seamlessly designed look consisting of a lovely carpet, floor lamp and cushions. I cannot be more grateful for her efforts in putting different looks together based on details I liked - she really went above and beyond saving me a full interior design service appointment, she’s so talented and truly invested in delivering a great experience .. thank you - I’ll make an effort to come back to the store.

A beautiful faux orchid, at a price cheaper than similar products found in other high street shops, but much, much nicer. More realistic and better quality

Lady in Sunninghill Sarah I think was full of great advice and eager to help showing lots of options . Encouraged me to try some combinations as could be returned if I did not like them . Returned two and bought another four on my second visit . Apologies if name wrong but lady with great red lipstick and Scottish accent I think.
