The staff were amazingly helpful. Downside is not only do you charge for delivery unless you spend an astronomical amount you also charge for click and collect

The staff are lovely, the products are a lovely quality. Not all items in store are on the website which is the only downside.

Fantastic customer service
I would like to thank Diana in the Guildford store and Jane in the Sunninghill store (near Ascot) for providing outstanding customer service in both shops. They did everything they could to find me the perfect products for my sitting room. They did not rush me and gave me as much time as I needed. I did not feel under any pressure to buy and I was able to return a couple of items without any issue. Guildford is a very large store and is something of a showcase for OKA with several floors. Sunninghill is smaller, but has a cosy feel and is divided into smaller rooms, which helped me to visualise how things would look. Sunninghill also has the advantage of free parking immediately outside the shop. I have never bought from OKA before, but the Black Friday discount made the prices favourable and the products are top quality. I will definitely buy again from this company. It is rare to find customer service of this level. Thank you.

Brilliant OKA team in Sunninghill!
The OKA team in Sunninghill was phenomenal. They helped explore all the options and different combinations I had in my head and make them a reality. They were very patient and creative and I got today my delivery and it all looks great. Thank you ladies for your help! The delivery team from 442, Darren and Sean, were brilliant too! They kept me informed on time of arrival, were super careful bringing all the furniture in and gave us the time to check that we were happy with our purchase.

I went into oka at sunninghill needing help choosing new cushions for my lounge and ideas for my orangery with lamps etc. Laura was very helpful and I’m so pleased with the results. The rooms have been transformed.

Outstanding service - I will be back !
I made 2 visits in the last 2 weeks considering options of soft furnishings and tables . On both occasions I had outstanding service - from Jane on my first visit, and Daniel on my 2nd . They made great recommendations for my requirements from swatches / room photos . Nothing was too much trouble . Thank you for going the extra mile Daniel ! A very warm welcome on my first visit to the Sunninghill store as my local store is Harrogate.
I was looking for some cushions Samantha was very knowledgeable and helpful with colour choices and advice on accessories. One very happy customer I will definitely be back again.

The staff in OkA Sunninghill were fantastic. They were polite and welcoming. Laura was fantastic at designing what at where things could go that my wife and i wanted. I would recommend them without hesitation. If there was a problem they tried to sort it out as quickly as possible. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would.

First Class Service at Oka Sunninghill
We have just ordered a new sofa from Oka Sunninghill and the service from all staff has been first class. Today we returned to place the order and Samantha went above and beyond as I pulled various displays apart (trying to be careful) to try different cushions and throws with the sofa. Would strongly recommend.
