Ive recently purchased an olive green…
Ive recently purchased an olive green linen chair for my hall. I love it and it looks fantastic with a the Rander ceramic stool next to it in spruce and yellow. Simona, the manager, at Tunbridge Wells suggested the chair as its not too large. It fits the space perfectly and Simona recommended the colour of the stool, the two look amazing together. Fantastic service from Simona, she’s very personable, she has an amazing eye for design and above all she gives an honest opinion. Thanks for all your help Simona and her team in Tunbridge Wells.

We would have given 5 stars
We would have given 5 stars as Oka as a company we had no complaints however the delivery company they use were not great and we had issues as the item we ordered was a 3 man delivery but only 2 arrived and the item in all it's packing was too wide to go through any doors (standard width) and the delivery guy's informed me they are not allowed to unpack the item unless it's inside the property but obviously it wouldn't fit through the doors so they took it away! I had booked a day off to receive it as well! A 2nd delivery date was agreed and again only 2 guys turned up, they weren't aware of having to take the items out of the packaging but were happy enough to do so and delivered and assembled the item, I have to say they did a great job but did struggle with just the 2 of them due to the weight of the item.

Excellent customer service from the Tunbridge Wells store. I wanted new cushions for my lounge and with the huge selection of colour was unable to decide what would complement my lounge scheme. Nawel came to the rescue and took time to help me choose cushions in colours that complemented it pefectly.

Yet another great experience with Oka Tunbridge Wells. I ordered the off White Valence and arranged for it to be delivered to the store. It is excellent quality and worth the extra cost as against cheaper versions available at other outlets.. Hangs beautifully.
The delivery cost of £20 to the store was a little jarring but was offset by the quality of the product. Thanks Christian.

Simona gives exceptional service. She shows genuine interest and curiosity about my interior design projects. I think the £10 charge for picking up a cushion cover from store is absolutely ridiculous. It makes one question whether not to buy from OKA an already expensive small item.

We recently introduced a small tiered fee to help reflect the costs associated with picking, packing, and transporting Click & Collect orders to stores, particularly in light of increased wages, employment costs, and fuel prices. We do, however, appreciate that this may not always align with expectations, particularly for smaller items.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Polite delivery people who checked the condition of the contents before leaving.
Sales staff ( French woman in Tunbridge Wells shop) was not pushy at all and were very helpful in asking questions.

Oka at Hoopers
Tunbridge Wells has a lovely section in Hoopers Department Store . The staff are friendly and helpful -full of good ideas and advice. I have bought lamps and furniture and been delighted with all my purchases . Flower arrangements are offered by Suzanne and she has an excellent eye . My vase of flowers is really lovely . Definitely a place to visit!
