Good products in the box but their couriers EVRI are rubbish as they take too long to deliver and sometimes lose the box so I’ve cancelled my subscription!

AVOID
I received offers at the weekend for beauty boxes and reduced price for a spring mystery box. With a time stamp across the screen of 2 hours. I put all in my basket, my phone died and I immediately charged taken less than a minute when my screen came up all offers were no longer available. 3 messages later customer service simply state unable to update system on a time limit !! What rubbish are we in charge or computers ??? Totally ridiculous and zero customer service just excuses. I subscribe to other beauty companies and regularly buy boxes snd calendars and have done for many years without issues.
I will stay away from OK Beauty for sure.

Our promotions and time-sensitive vouchers run on automated countdown timers that expire automatically once the set time frame passes. That said, we completely hear your feedback regarding how our customer service team communicated this to you. We always aim to be as helpful as possible, and we are really sorry that you felt let down by our response.

Box never arrived this month. No support, no help. Cancelling! Partner with a more reputable delivery service and I may be back. Work on your customer service as well.

Problem called a hiccup
Having tried repeatedly to use my points since last week, I emailed customer service, the reply did NOT help me. Still unable to redeem my points I emailed again and again, each time I was told about a drop down menu which does not work. Then today a person called Kayleigh replied to as she termed it "my little hiccup" in an email littered with pointless emjo's she told me about the drop down menu the SAME I had already said I couldn't find. Ive been a subscriber since the brand started but am now seriously considering if I want to be loyal to a company that will NOT listen or actually help me. Its a real hiccup.

I can see that our support team has been given you step-by-step instructions to redeem your points. here are the steps you need to follow.
Log In: Head over to the website and log into your customer account portal. (Remember, accounts aren't automatically created when you subscribe, so if you haven't activated yours yet, you can easily do so on the site!)
Access Rewards: Once logged in, navigate to the rewards or points section of your account page to see your current balance.
Generate Your Code: Choose the discount tier you’d like to redeem based on your available points. This will generate a unique discount code for you.
Apply at Checkout: Copy your exclusive code and paste it into the 'Discount Code' box at checkout when placing your order, or apply it directly to your upcoming subscription renewal under the Subscriptions tab by selecting 'Edit'
I hope this is of assistance.
Delivery never arrived
Joined the subscription and two out three boxes never arrived . The process of chasing this up was poor . Cancelled subscription and would advise to look at alternatives .

Great boxes
I've had the boxes for a couple of years now and the products I don't like, I put to one side and give to both of my daughters. We've had some great items and tried products I would never normally think of buying. I did try to cancel once however the process is incredibly convoluted and not worth my time especially as I can give the products as treats to my daughters who are both in their early 20's.
There have been no repeat of products which has been great.

Cheap products and impossible to cancel ‘
Thought I would give it a try. Waste of money. The products are cheap and cheerful.
It advertises you can cancel subscription at anytime, however it’s impossible to do so as the website either sends you on a wild goose chase or the page is ‘currently unavailable’ - convenient!
I have emailed to cancel - the small print states written cancellation doesn’t count unless someone responds ! I’ll seek further advice if needed.

Not really worth it
Some ok items but not really worth the money at all.
I wouldn't get it again.
It is advertised as having great value but most of it is stuff you will never use.
