It's a disgusting service, especially provided by Oladoc staff members, and a waste of time and money.
Today I booked an online consultation, and in the app I uploaded my pictures, which should show my patient record, but when the appointment started, nothing showed, and even after that I couldn't get the medicine description.
I keep trying in the app, and customer services nothing get help.
It is a group of non professional pupils who dealing the app.
Please think before booking through this App to save time and money as well

I booked an appointment with Dr. Ahmed Raza through oladoc and travelled a long distance with a patient to the hospital based on that booking.
When we arrived, the hospital informed us that the doctor would not be coming. Even more surprisingly, the hospital staff stated that they had “nothing to do with oladoc.”
This raises a serious question: if the hospital does not coordinate with oladoc, why is the doctor/hospital listed on the platform and why are patients being allowed to book appointments there?
A medical appointment is not like an ordinary reservation. Patients may be sick, elderly, fasting, in pain, or travelling considerable distances. If an appointment cannot be properly verified with the hospital/doctor, it should not be presented to patients as a confirmed booking.
There was no advance notification or cancellation before we travelled to the hospital.
I expect oladoc to investigate why this appointment was allowed to be booked, clarify its coordination with the hospital and Dr. Ahmed Raza, and ensure other patients are not put through the same experience.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend relying on an oladoc appointment without independently confirming it with the hospital first.

Recently i got an appointment from Dr Imtiaz Bukhari
Recently i got an appointment from OLADOC of Dr Imtiaz Bukhari, my father has some psychological issues, so we went to him in Islamabad International Hospital, we paid his initial consultation fees, during consultation he suggested 12 therapy ON-SITE session for 120K. He pushed us to pay all the payment in advance which i did (all the receipt available), after 1st online session my father didn't like his style and i asked him to refund the amount of remaining 11 sessions because we are not satisfied. He just said he will not refund any amount and after so many reminders he stopped replying us. What should we do in this case? I have all screenshots and payment receipts available.

THIS IS A SCAM APP, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT PAID 4K APPOINTMENT WAS NOT BOOKED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL. MY MOM SUFFERS FROM BP AND I HAD THE WORST TIME. THEY DID NOT REFUND ME.

Dear Sir,
Today I reached south city hospital before the given time for Dr. Gohar Alam's appointment booked on 1st October, then I suddenly came to know that Dr is not available in town and hospital informed me that Oladoc is not connected with hospital at all.
My question is if the Oladoc is not officially connected with the hospital then why Oladoc using name of hospital in the massage as "REGARDS SOUTH CITY HOSPITAL".
I just called Oladoc helpline and the representative told me that we are connected with the hospital it's all hospital negligence.
Please check this and clear who is responsible for this issue.
