Goods arrived late royal mail at fault , total amazement at the quality thought it was a scam definitely not ,very pleased with my garments , highly recommend this company

The products are very good quality at this market level and the customer service is second to non.

I've been ordering from Olderbest for several years now and everything I've bought has been really good quality and a good fit. The customer service I've had before has been terrific, with emails checking I've ordered the right size on some items, and a generous replacement of a pair of jeans when they arrived with a faulty button. I'm not someone who buys clothes online, but Olderbest have really won my trust.

Great clothes at a great price. Amazing quality. Excellent communication and fast delivery. What's not to like? Will definitely be ordering again.

Having checked this company out on TrustPilot I took the plunge on a pair of tweed trousers. I was contacted by email on the day I sent the order querying my size on the order. I gave them my measurements and they reduced the size down saying the original would be too big.
Ordered to UK on 21st Jan and got it on the 31st Jan.
The quality and tailoring is excellent and fits perfectly. Having been ripped off before from sites I later discover are in China this was a great surprise. Their range is extensive and I will definitely go back. I note the Customer Service complaints below which is a pity because if they sorted this out (take a leaf out of Marks & Spencer) it won’t take long for this company to seriously take off.

When I ordered this, I did not realise it came directly from China. In fact I thought it was a UK based company otherwise I would have been too wary to order from here. Like most people I imagine, I discovered this company through a bombardment of instagram sponsored ads as I like similar style brands. I was surprised how affordable the range was. When I ordered I measured myself using their online guides I was surprised I was sizes smaller than I’d usually buy in the UK. After I ordered I was contacted to check the size order. They advise I was in fact a size up from what I’d usually order in the UK as their clothes come up small. I am not sure where the sizes go wrong on the website but it seems a lot of people in the reviews find the same and the fact they email suggests it’s a common. Nonetheless I see that as good customer service and I agreed to accept their advice and the order was processed. It was only until now did I discover I had bought from a Chinese based company and I was a little skeptical about the quality turning up or it even arriving. It arrived today and probably took 7-10 days. I ordered 3x long sleeve T-shirt including 2 Henleys and a fourth short sleeve Henley. All 4 pieces fitted well and the garment quality seems to be as good as you’d get with say Pike Brothers or similar. The cotton is a nice heavy fit and looks high quality when wearing. It’s obviously early days and it remains to be seen how these pieces last over time or after a wash. I will try to update my review if I can / remember.

Excellent company. Placed my order from UK on 10/12 and received it in London on 18/12. Beautiful shirt in a cute vintage pattern at a very good price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this lovely company again.

TL;DR-- I didn't receive my package, and Olderbest sent me on a runaround with the delivery company and then refused to refund or resend. They got my money and I got nothing.

Detais: I place an order with Olderbest that never arrived, though it was marked as delivered. After having to open a ticket multiple times, I was told to get a statement of nondelivery from USPS. When I attempted to do this, I was told that the class of mail Olderbest used was not eligible for an inquiry. Olderbest refused to replace my package or offer a refund. Their tactic seemed to be to create as much work as possible for me in hopes that I would go away.

Ordered a T-shirt from them, good communication about sizing, the top is good quality and heavyweight. Will definitely use again.

The whole process was very quick and efficient. The customer service was excellent all the way through answering a question I had very promptly. One product was returned ( I chose the wrong size) )and this was equally as straightforward. I was very happy with all of the Bronson products I bought. Great quality, great fit, great value.

I've ordered a few long t-shirts and tops from Olderbest and I'm delighted with the quality of them all. I'd expect them to have costed a lot more than they did for their uniqueness and quality. When I've needed to return/exchange items, the service has been really good. I'd recommend ordering a size up, as fits are a bit tighter. The shipping is also amazingly quick to the UK considering they're coming from China.

Disappointed in the return policy. We ordered a vest for a wedding and didn’t realize the sizing difference, so my husband who wears a L needed an XXL. We returned the L for XL, then when that didn’t fit we purchased the XXL. The groom changed his mind but Olderbest will not take back the XXL, as they only allow one return/exchange per customer so we are out a large amount of money. Beware of return policy when ordering. Not typical of other companies.

Bought 2 pairs of Non Stock jeans and on 1st wash they shrank so much that they no longer fit now.I even went with their advice and bought a size 32 instead of my normal size 30 which is incredible!! Washed at a normal 40degrees temperature i have never seen denim shrink that much and I’ve been wearing jeans for over 40 years.I certainly wouldn’t recommend buying any denim products because it’s cheap and nasty material.

Excellent company, quality of good are to a very high standard. I have a lot of buzz rickson clothes and would rate the quality of olderbest on par with buzz rickson however at a fraction of the cost. I would highly rate this company

I’ve bought several items from Olderbest. I appreciate quality and the attention to vintage fabric and construction is what makes Olderbest’s clothing different to the average. The service and delivery is usually within 2 weeks and everything packaged and labelled beautifully. There’s a lot to be said for a company who are inspired by classic items of clothing, that can bring back to life heritage without it feeling at all costume.

There isn’t enough positive things to say about this company. Their customer service is outstanding and will help you with sizing with a quick reply. Quality, and style is seriously good and all at a good price,
