At the time of writing this review I've bought dozens of item across multiple orders. I love the retro style clothing that they offer and can't stop being impressed with the quality of the products as well as the look. Sizes can seem a bit strange at first, because even different shirts from the same brand can have different fittings, so check the size chart of every single product you're buying. That being said, I had to exchange and sometimes return some product and has been really quick and easy, fast responding customer service team made it smooth and effortless. I'm waiting for a new order as I'm writing this and can't wait to see what other product they'll add as the new seasons come around. Highly recommended if that's the style you want to go for!

What can I say? The quality of the clothing, the cut and style are amazing. I keep going back to pick up new items. The is a mix of 1930's to 1970's styles that are truly different to what you get anywhere else.

Bought a t shirt and a shirt from olderbest. Really good quality items and customer service regarding sizing was first class. Loads of great looking clothing to buy in the future. Impressed.

Good selection of products amongst an interesting array of vintage styles from a selection of manufacturers that seem to have their own focus on a certain vintage era/location. Overall good value to the product and the customer service is responsive and helpful. If you are used to western sizing it would be best to review the measurement details of their clothes before buying.

When I first came across Olderbest I was really impressed with the range of clothing, the styles and the value for money. This made me a bit sceptical as I thought the prices were much lower than equivalent brands and there may be quality issues.
After multiple purchases from Olderbest (type 3 jacket, heavy weight loopwheel T-shirts,hoodies, henleys, etc) I was blown away by the quality of the products, and they are in my top go to suppliers list. Customer service is excellent, and the returns process is simple (I ordered a wrong size once). You really can’t go wrong here!

I have purchased several items from Olderbest; a stack of T-shirts, Tanks and Henleys, selvedge denim and Gurkha slacks, linen shirts, belts, socks, caps, and more. The reproduction styles are authentic, patterned after classic military and post war civilian wear. The detail, fabrics, and workmanship are first rate and the cost is totally reasonable. CS has been very helpful in every case. Buyers need to keep a couple things in mind when online shopping. First, realize upfront that standard shipping takes several days. Secondly, the size guide is a must to reference prior to purchasing, as Asian sizing is smaller. I look forward to more items every month!

Bought a couple of t-shirts and I'm very happy with them. The quality is great and the fit perfect.
Was particularly impressed with customer service checking with me by email on whether I needed to possibly change size choice, as the garments are made and shipped from China.

Ordered 3 shirts to the UK- size was abit small so did an exchange for the size up. The transaction was seamless, customer service excellent and the shirts are great - would recommend.

Clothing is good quality but delivery takes a while despite costing £6, they also charge £6 to return items and you have to pay for return shipping, not great when the sizing is unusual

Bought a lovely looking and well-made jacket which was too small. It was replaced, great service. Next one was also a little too tight so I requested another replacement for the next - and largest - size, which by Western standards isn't that large. Company refused as the Ts&Cs say they can only do a one-time refund/exchange. So now I'm £180 out of pocket with a jacket I can't wear, and I have no redress because the company is Chinese - no UK registration = no legal comeback. Yes, the Ts&Cs are there, but I purchased this in good faith expecting to be able to exchange again an item I haven't been able to see or try on. Be aware of this when buying from this place. Looks like I'll have to try my luck on eBay. Never again from this company.

All the items i have purchased from Olderbest have been really good quality and excellent deliverys to the UK.

I should have read the reviews here first. The products are ok, but when I wanted to return 2 items that were too small, they refused the return. Paypal case opened, but this is a company based in China that will not abide by EU/UK consumer regulations.

The trousers are really good quality but what let's them down is the sizing. I'm a regular 38 but after giving my waist size and weight on their request i was advised to get the 38 which when trying on, were too tight. I exchanged them for a 40 and they were too tight also. I then discovered that Olderbest's "policy" is only one exchange/refund per item per order so they are refusing a return and issue a refund. They have put this " policy" statement on their website, after the initial return information and how to return process details so you don't see it. Despite Distance selling law which is 14 days, they still are refusing. So don't get caught out like me and i would just not bother!
Very disappointed

I tried to return an item as their size chart gave completely the wrong sizing, the item was not the same measurements they gave. I emailed them with pics of the item and a tape measure across their points of reference as proof, and asked if they would exchange the item minus the postage costs to cover my return costs to China. They told me it was my fault I bought the wrong size and refused, I then had to pay the return postage for a refund, but the refund they gave was minus the original cost of delivery from them! For what it costs them to manufacture, it would've been good business to send me a new item free of postage charges to cover my return, but now they have lost my business altogether. Shame, as the things I have bought in the past has been quite good quality.

I was concerned after ordering from Olderbest and realising they were shipping from China, which is not at all clear on the website, and reading the bad reviews on here. My order took a couple of weeks to arrive, but turned up fine in the end. The garments are of good quality, but the sizing is very small, especially the denim. I measured myself and used their size guide, and double checked with their (AI) customer service, that the sizing I had chosen was right, and it still came up small. I chose what they told me would be a looser fit for two of the jean styles, and one was tight, and the other very tight. They do fit and are wearable, but I'm just glad I didn't go for a snug fit, as that would have been way too small, and judging from the reviews it is not worth returning things. Overall I am happy with my garments, I just wish the sizing had been more accurate. I also think they need to be more clear about being based in China, as I did feel deceived.

Good products but they wont let me return anything, ive asked three seperate times and they keep recommending that i exchange instead.

What a shame.

Customer Service is great and I am absolutely astonished at the quality of the clothing, which is about 30% cheaper than equivalent here.
Sizes seem to reciprocate UK sizing, I am a 32" waist and generally medium and everything has fitted fine.
OK it takes about 8 days to arrive but we'll worth the wait.
Love the styles.

Good quality clothing. Second batch of tees arrived within seven days of ordering. First time round I ordered some T-shirts and long sleeved tees to gauge sizing. Was advised to size up to large by customer service but went with mediums as I judged the measurements of the model in pics they use. Sizing was spot on. Quality tubular T-shirts and undershirts. Have washed the first order off clothing, no shrinkage to the garments. The customer service is fast and efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely shocking. Sent me a parcel which never arrived, lied about it being delivered numerous times, and refused to refund me. Avoid at all costs.
