Ole & Steen Avis 

The store in Tottenham is dirty, which made me question how they handle the food. They didn’t even swipe the tables after each costumer so there are crumbles everywhere.
We also waited a long time for our coffee, only to be told that they didn’t have the ticket for it , which fit perfectly with the overall negative atmosphere.
Plus, toilets were out of order.
It’s really frustrating how these big chains rely on their name and leave their stores to be run in complete filth. Will start to support local small coffee shops and bakeries from now on.
Coffees were well made.

I love Ole And Steen I have been coming here for years now, delicious food and customer service always my favourite has to be the social slice by far. So I came in yesterday and bought 8 different pastries, I saw something new and I always like to try new things it was the new pistachio bun it looked so amazing in the counter I bought 2 as I love pistachio came home when I sat down to eat it I was so disappointed I will not recommend to anyone it was a lump of dry dough and it’s as if they melted sugar with green colouring and poured it on top, not an drop of pistachio was in it horrible

We got one cappuccino, one oat latte and one almond croissant for £14 which would be fine if the products were good. The oat latte was undrinkable (and I am not a fussy customer at all), the cappuccino was burnt and the croissant probably from two days ago. So we basically had to leave everything. I wouldn’t have bothered writing a review if it was average or not great, but it was so bad that I hope this will help future customers to choose wisely where to stop.

Hi there, I have made an order on your website and the money has come out of my account, however the page isnt showing that the order is complete and I havent received any confirmation email after several hours. I have tried to contact you on your 'contact us' page, but there is an error with this page on your website and it is actually a survey with no option to put my contact details in, so nobody is going to be able to contact me about my order. Shoutout to Ricardo @wigmore street. The most happiest face I’ve seen in that store. Not only that, used his personal points to top up mine and got a whole social slice!

Complaint about Jubilee Place. I am so unbelievably angry and wont shop here again! I had an order for pick up at 7.30am and the store was meant to be open from 7am. I arrived at 7.15 and it wasn't open, then waited until 7.30am - the lights were still off and no staff around. I called the Crossrail place store and they agreed i can pick up my order there. This was extremely inconvenient and out of the way. They were lovely and i had no issues there but offered no explanation about why Jubilee Place was closed. As a result of this delay, i am now late for work.

Shah at the Wigmore street store was fantastic! Couldn’t have been any more welcoming and helpful. Would return just because of him!

Was great when they first appeared… but have steadily gone down hill … last visit (wigmore street london) was … the last … as expensive stodgy stale cakes and hot drinks in paper cups .. lots of nicer places … now

Hectic morning at Ole & Steen London Victoria.
Mary was at the counter with a smile. It helps start the day on a better note. Pastries are dry but the staff is kind.

Wigmore street branch. Has always been chaotic. But
the Barista was very rude and condescending on my last visit. I don't appreciate being given someone else's coffee just sitting there and I don't expect to be spoken to rudely.
If I can be polite and courteous as a paying customer I see no reason for your staff to treat me with contempt.

This refers to the Wigmore Street branch. The guy in charge was incredibly unhelpful and unpleasant, insisting that I walk all the way round the 'line' before I could order a coffee although there were no other customers waiting to be served. To be fair, the girl who took my order was friendly and seemed rather embarrassed but with so many places to buy a coffee I will be going elsewhere in future.

I ordered Ole & Steen from the Uber Eats app on 17/06/25. I opted for the breakfast bundle & sandwich bundle + sweet treat. Unfortunately, 2 items were missing from my order. They did not indicate the items were not sent. I tried to phone the store several times but couldn’t get through to anyone. Very disappointed with their service. Avoid this place if you are ordering from any delivery app.

Ole & Steen in Kingston. Hectic, noisy atmosphere and not at all relaxing. Chocolate bun incredibly sweet and did not taste good. Very expensive as well. Coffee was fine but that should be a given. Outside seating was dirty, lots of plates and cups left from previous customers. Rubbish all over the floor. Staff apparently not bothered about cleanliness. Must be the most overrated chain ever. There are much better cafes in Kingston.

I like this place for a coffee, staff great. But 2nd time in 3 days no toilets.
Are you aloud to stay open without a toilet ?

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, my brunch was terrible. I ordered eggs on toast with salmon and avocado, and even though they advertise jammy eggs, I got only one cold boiled egg (probably from the fridge) divided into two, placed on top of toasts with avocado and salmon. Terrible value for money and a Sunday brunch disappointment! I won’t be coming back.

I went to the one in Hampstead, very kind staff and I was able to get a free cinnamon bun from downloading the app!

Store in Oxford couldn't be bothered to open on time. Staff just stared at the group of people. Rude.

Nice pastries and cakes, hot chocolate and coffee is good. A bit pricey but worth the money.
