I love love their lenses, super comfortable and delivery is typically quick :)

I ordered on 2/19, it was sent 2/23, and is stuck at "ready for onboard" since 2/24. I reached out to them since it's not normal for the package to be stuck in Korea for 2 weeks and they said it was "selected for a detailed secondary inspection by the relevant authority". I think the package is lost and they're trying to scam me by not offering a refund or resend. I honestly would not bother with this company. They're definitely trying to scam people. I will be disputing this charge. DO NOT order from Olens!

Worst lenses, uncomfortable and doesn't look natural at all.

I've been purchasing from them since few years now, i got only 6 months contact lenses and i could get a bunch of lenses with free shipping option ( For order more than $ 100 ish), but now they require $150 for free shipping, I live from Canada $150 USD is A LOT and why would i get more than 4 paires of 6 months contact lenses if the expiry date won't exceed more than 2 years? It just doesn't make sense. I ended up getting two pairs of lenses with $21 UPS Express Shipping, they don't offer anymore standard shipping option.

Consider how much it costs to produce them plus currency exchange from Won to CAD and all they are charging way too much for international customers!! Or at least put back Free Standard Shipping?! I am very disappointed and will look elsewhere honestly.

The goods received were in perfect condition. I had tracked DHL shipping, with realtime notification of delivery. Astoundingly, what's even faster was their efficient customer service.

Dishonorable, lying company. They will steal your money when an order you placed never arrives, then pretend and lie about sending the money back. Even when your own bank tries to contact them twice about missing funds, they will lie dishonorably straight through their teeth that they sent it, when the money never arrives. You will never get your time or money back. You will never get any answer as to why your money was sucked into a black hole. They will tell you to resolve it with your card issuer, knowing full well that your card issuer had already made multiple attempts to directly contact them on your behalf to confirm the missing funds, showing all the proper documents and proof that it never went through, and attempting to get your money back for you. Which shows clearly that they never had any intention of giving it back.

Olens lenses are very good quality, comfortable to wear, and give a really natural look.
That’s why I chose to reorder, even after some issues.

However, my experience with the customer service was disappointing:
– wrong items sent,
– no response to my first emails,
– I had to pay shipping fees three times (original order, return, exchange),
– and I waited a long time before getting a proper solution.

In the end, I did receive the correct lenses, and Olens covered the last shipment, which I appreciate.
But the poor communication and stressful handling of the situation really need improvement.

Je tiens à souligner que les lentilles Olens sont de très bonne qualité, confortables à porter et avec un rendu naturel très réussi.
C’est pour cela que j’ai repassé commande malgré les soucis rencontrés.

Mais mon expérience avec le service après-vente a été très décevante :
– erreur dans la commande,
– aucune réponse aux premiers mails,
– trois frais de transport à ma charge (commande initiale, retour, échange),
– longue attente avant qu’une solution soit enfin apportée.

J’ai finalement reçu les bons produits, et Olens a pris en charge le dernier envoi.
Mais ce manque de communication, la gestion laborieuse et le stress que ça a généré ne peuvent pas être ignorés.

Absolutely love their products. I’ve been after a “natural” prescription contact lenses that sits comfortably as well as affordable.

It is a little on the pricy side (for me) but it’s totally worth every penny.

I refrained from buying in the past as the import fees were super high and the delivery service (back then) was slow and twice - delivered my package to the wrong address.

Olens however issued a replacement very quickly so customer service was ace!

This time, there is no delivery fee or import fee but there is a limit spend on the website (which is fine)!

I’ll be buying much more regularly now!

Was about to get worried that my lenses wont arrive since tracking wasn't updating except two times. they came in two weeks.. they look nice and doesn't feel irritating so far :)

I made a purchase some months before their current website change. It went completely fine! Payed 26 NOK for customs and received my package under a week or two despite choosing for standard shipping. It was surprisingly quick for standard. The lens are comfortable and natural looking. I would give this a five star but due to their new website design, the option to get free shipping is completely gone ,,,at least for me.

Don't fall for their marketing & expect to get what you ordered.

1st delivery came and the lenses were completely off-centre so I couldn't see through them the moment I put them on.
After going back & forth, they finally sent a replacement but it was daily not monthly as I ordered. The email even said they would send out 1 month.

Takes no accountability for the delivery! My order was not delivered and returned to sender without any prior information and when i contacted them they lie about my address being incorrect. Finally cancelled my order and refunded without the shipping fee. I have to wonder if this is some sort of scam!!! I have ordered before and everything was fine but this experience makes me think they do this to rip off customers when we have to pay for shipping and since they know when a order is returned they don’t have to give us back the delivery fee.

Ordered and returned some items, they asked me what I wanted for exchange while I clearly stated that I wanted to return them and get my money back .They haven't replied to me in two weeks! Bad customer service and there goes my 80 bucks

I've been a returning customer to Olens for some years now, and have yet to be disappointed. Beautiful and comfy lenses, reasonable pricing, and super fast shipping even with the cheapest option. From the date of order, it's never taken more than two or three working days for the parcels to ship all the way from South Korea to my home in Sweden. Highly recommended.

I got exactly what I wanted and a bunch of super cute extras! I am not usually that excited about a good shopping experience, but they really blew my expectations out of the water! I love my contacts and cases.
