I actually though I was scammed because I didnt receive any emails regarding the purchase whatsoever. When I asked for a refund my emails got ignored but after more than a month the contact lenses finally arrived. I actually though i was scammed but now that they actually came im SO happy

I reccomend buying from Lenstown us instead, which is the original country base for these lenses. It will only take 2-3 weeks to produce, and can be upgraded to FedEx to arrive quicker with the same exact price. It has been over a month and 2 weeks and I still haven't recieved them

I ordered from lensdiary on February 22 and I’ve been reading reviews and I’m worried I got scammed, I sent a few emails and I’m also worried if I do get my package it would take 2-3 months which is too much for me. If I get a response from the company either if they’re giving me a refund if my package won’t arrive in a month or if it will, I’ll make my review higher but otherwise no. I need reassurance that I was not scammed

I ordered on the 13th of November 2025. The product never arrived and the customer service on whatsapp is horrible , they ignore you and leave you hanging .. all i am asking for is my money back! avoid them at all costs.

Scam

It’s been almost 10 days since I ordered. No update, no tracking, nothing! Emailed & no reply. I feel like I got scammed. I’m calling my credit card company tomorrow for a refund.

The lenses are original and came well…

The lenses are original and came well packed. I think this is the only shop with a great variety of asian lenses that delivers to UK with low prices. The delivery does take awhile but customer service does get back at you eventually. I would def order again but with the delivery time in mind, since it can take up to 3/4 weeks.

Didn’t receive order after 2 months

Chased up an order after almost 2 months and they told me the items were all out of stock. I managed to get a refund but it’s ridiculous that they apparently don’t know their own stock levels. If I hadn’t chased up then they would’ve kept my money without saying anything.

Incredibly poor service and not UK based

I wish I'd read the other reviews before I ordered from this shambolic company. The website leads you to believe they're UK based, but they're obviously not. The sheer lack of customer service confirms that.
Lenses ordered on 27th October. It's now the 20th November and there's no sign of them. I've received 2 tracking numbers which may or may not work. But still no sign of the lenses. Hopefully they will have managed to send the correct ones when they do eventually arrive.
I usually order from lens.me who are excellent, but thought lensdiary.uk would be closer to home. I shall be going back to lens.me in the future!

Terrible customer service.

I have put an oder on 3rd Nov 2025, and now it’s 18th Nov 2025 I still haven’t got any confirmation or tracking number at all. I have sent two emails to the company but no response.

Frustrating experience – slow service and communication/transparency needs improvement

Placed my order (4 boxes of lenses) on the 10th. Emailed on the 20th for an update and received a reply five days later saying my order would be dispatched on the 28th. It’s now been a week since then. Only 2 boxes were actually dispatched on the 31st, I probably won’t receive those until 1-2 weeks later. I emailed again two days ago to ask about the rest of my order, but have had no response. Very slow, unreliable service, lack of transparency, and poor communication. I won’t be ordering from them again. Don’t trust the “7–14 days” shipping time on the website. What they actually mean is 7–14 days for processing, then another 7–14 days for delivery. It’s perfectly fine if it takes a month, but at least be honest about it. This is misleading and feels like false advertising.

The worst

I’ve placed my order on the 3rd of june and the expected delivery date is 7-14 days. It’s 18th June now, and I haven’t received a single tracking number!! When are you gonna ship my order??! What is the tracking number?? This is the worst company ever

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. This company is from China, not the UK, which is not stated on the website. The delivery time is a month after you place your order, despite being charged 8 pounds for delivery. The one star I will give for consumer service is for at least replying to my messages.

I'm extremely disappointed with the delay in receiving my lens order, which was placed on April 3rd order number 31354. Despite waiting for almost a month, I still haven't received my order. I've previously reached out via email and whatsapp message to your head office so many times but unfortunately, I haven't received a response or update. I'm requesting an immediate update on the status and would like to know if there's a resolution or refund process. Please look into this matter urgently."

I placed an order for lenses on March 8th, and as of March 24th—over two weeks later—my order status still shows as "placed" with no shipping updates. Despite reaching out via email multiple times, I have received no response. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating.

I initially chose this company, assuming they would ship faster than OLENS, but that was clearly not the case. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from them, as the likelihood of actually receiving your order seems very low.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Ignoring Customers

I placed an order with Lens Diary UK for two pairs of Olens lenses, which were listed as in stock on their website. I even paid £8 for shipping. After waiting over a week and a half, they suddenly emailed me saying the item was out of stock—yet their website still shows it as “many in stock.”

When I emailed them about this, they completely ignored my refund request and have now gone 24+ hours with no response. This is misleading and unacceptable. They took my money for an item they never intended to send and are now refusing to communicate.

I’ve had to file a chargeback with my bank and report them to Trading Standards for false advertising. Avoid this company at all costs—their customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly have no issue scamming people.

Slow service but lenses arrived in good condition

I placed an order for lenses on November 28th and finally received them today. The wait was long—about a month—but throughout the process, the communication via messenger was consistent and reassuring. While the delay was challenging, I’m happy to say the product is genuine and of excellent quality. Overall, a good experience despite the wait!

I ordered this item over 2 weeks ago. Only now have they shipped it from Hong Kong. On the Website their maximum supply for eye contacts , is one month supply. It will take 3- 4 weeks overall in total until I recieve it. Leaving me unable to have a full use of the product.

There communication is extremely poor and slow. I have requested refund and they are ignoring my reuqest.

More hassle than what it’s worth. Buy LENSES from a different store. I do not recommend.

I do not recommend at all. Brand is slow at shipping. Within the week and few days they still haven’t updated me that they are shipping out my order. I can only assume that it won’t arrive until week 2 or week 3 from me ordering. Which is such a scam, considering their max lifetime on their eye contacts is 1 month. So when they do arrive I won’t have a full month to wear the contacts. Will not be buying from here again ! Extremely slow service.
