Very frustrating experience.I placed my order on March 26 while the lenses were on sale. After ordering, I used the edit option on their website within the given time window just to change the color. There was no clear warning that this would add an extra charge.Later I noticed that a small amount was added, but their website clearly says: “Your edits will be reversed You'll only be shipped the items you originally purchased at checkout.” So I assumed everything would just go through normally without me needing to do anything.Instead, my order got stuck and nothing happened.I had to contact customer service multiple times, and in some cases I had to message them twice just to get a response. The replies were slow and didn’t really solve the issue. They told me there was a pending payment, which didn’t make sense based on what their own website says.At that point I even tried to just pay the extra amount myself to move things forward, but the payment option didn’t work at all.After 25 days of waiting, emails, and confusion, they didn’t fix anything they just refunded the order.The worst part is that I originally bought the lenses on sale, and now they are no longer discounted, so I can’t even reorder them for the same price. The only thing they offered was a 10% discount, which doesn’t make up for the time and frustration at all.Overall, very poor communication, a confusing system that doesn’t work as described, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend ordering from this website.

I know some people say they don’t answer them etc. but i never had any bad experience with their customer service - they are a small team so it makes sense it takes some time for them to get back.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Dimple Color. Their response time has been incredibly slow. I’ve been waiting over a week just to get a proper resolution to my issue.
At this point, the lack of communication is frustrating enough that I’m considering contacting my credit card company instead. Customer service shouldn’t feel this difficult.
Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re prepared to wait if there’s an issue.

Terrible customer service
Placed an order during their birthday sale and ordered a few discovery sets to try.
After checkout, rather than displaying the order as say one single item for a discovery set, they will list out each coloured pair you will receive within that set with the option to edit.
Seeing this, naturally I opted to play around with the options. I swapped out one colour for another but the website then advised I had an outstanding payment. I swapped the colours back around but there were no changes to the pricing despite the order being exactly what I paid for initially. It still showed that I had an outstanding amount owing.
Their website also states "Your order will be reversed. A portion of your order wasn't paid for, and these edits will be reversed from your order. You'll only be shipped the items you originally ordered at checkout".
I emailed the team 2 days post order just to make sure that I was going to receive my original order. No response.
4 days later I emailed again and briefly explained my situation and confirmed if they were going to ship out my original order. I get a response the next day asking if I added something to my order and that I had an outstanding payment due.
I'm not sure what the purpose of the response was because they clearly did not actually try to understand what the issue was, nor did they look at the order itself.
I immediately responded clarifying what happened and that all items currently are matching exactly as the original order but their website and price didn't update accordingly. No response. I emailed again the following day and have not received a response. Meanwhile they continue to post on social media accounts.
Fix your website so that this issue won't occur in future. Don't just take people's money and then not send out anything the customer has paid for, and then proceed to provide a half-effort response and then ghost.
It has been 1.5 weeks since my order was placed with nil updates or rectification.

WONDERFUL PRODUCT! You know how a good facelift doesn’t really look like a facelift, it just looks like you’ve gotten a good night sleep? Or where it looks like you’ve gone on vacation and you’ve come home rested? That’s what these contacts do! I recommend that you get the same color contact as your natural eye color, only a slightly brighter shade? People will notice that you look better, but they won’t quite be able to figure out how? Also, COMFORTABLE! These contacts are so extremely comfortable that even if you’ve never worn contacts before, you will be able to wear these with ease when you receive them. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!
If you value your hands, go elsewhere
The contacts themselves are good, but I thoroughly dread opening the packaging because I know it will rip my nails off no matter how carefully I go about it.
FYI, my nails are real. It makes the whole experience deeply unpleasant, not to mention extremely painful. I’m looking for another company who offers coloured contacts that are as realistic as this, but with packaging that doesn’t lacerate my hands.
Received the wrong order and no response from support
I ordered Dailies+ Clear Lenses (10pc), Manhattan Brown (3-month, two different powers), and Afterglow Green (3-month, two different powers), but received a completely different customer’s order instead.
Since the package was delivered, I have made multiple attempts to contact Dimple and have not received a single response.
Sending the wrong order is already a serious issue, but failing to respond or provide any support makes it significantly worse. This raises real concerns about how orders are handled and how customers are treated when something goes wrong.
I still do not have my order, and there has been no effort from the company to resolve the situation.
I would strongly recommend caution before ordering.

Absolutely love dimple color contacts. They feel and look amazing. I had one issue with a contact not feeling right (maybe it was ripped) and I contacted customer service and got a fast reply and replacement is on the way. I recommend 100%.

Very disappointed with this company. I received my order, but one of the lenses was defective. I contacted them about the issue, but it has been a month and I still haven’t received any response. Terrible customer service. It feels like this company only cares about money, not about its customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dimple Color. I ordered two boxes of lenses but received only one. Since they do not have a contact number, I had to email their customer service.
They responded asking me to fill out a form but they never attached or provided the form in the email. After that, they completely stopped responding. I followed up multiple times requesting the form and an update, but received no reply at all.
This level of service is extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this before in Australia. Based on my experience, this company appears unreliable and potentially fraudulent.
I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them if you want to protect your money.

I ordered (2) contact lenses from Dimple Color, but upon arrival I was informed that I had to pay extremely high and unexpected customs fees. The total cost would have been close to €100 together with the product prices, which was not worth it.
I therefore did not collect or picked up the package from the pick-up point. And eventually it was automatically returned to the company, unused and unopened!!!!!!!
Dimple Color refused to issue a refund and instead hid behind a generic FAQ rule about refused deliveries. I am not asking for a refund of sending or return fees, only for a refund of products that were never delivered and were returned to the seller.
I seriously have never experienced this with any other webshop.
Normally, if an order is returned untouched and received back by the company, a refund is issued, sometimes minus shipping costs. Refusing a refund in this situation is unreasonable and very customer unfriendly.
Be careful when ordering from this company. If there are issues with customs, you may lose your money even if the company receives the products back. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering here. A company with 0% Accountability whatsoever, as seen in their reactions towards customers who are unstatisfied!
