These contacts are awful, they are massive and leave a very obvious blue ring around the iris, also made my eyes extremely itchy.

Second Time we have placed an online… Great service and delivery time

Second Time we have placed an online one off order with no issues at all. Ordered and then received at our house two days later. No issues. It can take a short time to receive a reply on email or chat (a couple of hours on chat) however they do reply and are great to deal with. We have had no issues at all despite the not so good reviews we have read. We really like the product. Thanks Dimple contacts :-)

Painful & uncomfortable

I've been wearing daily contacts for 15 years & these would have to be THE WORST. Within minutes my eyes started stinging & watering, my eyes became very slow to open & close, almost like I was drunk. They were also quite difficult to remove from my eyes, like they were almost "stuck" to my eyeball. The contact packets are really hard to open too. 100% avoid & would not recommend. They are definitely not worth saving a few bucks for the pain & discomfort I went through.

I have a great liking for these contact…

I have a great liking for these contact but the shipping is getting worse and worse. 9 days fine but 18-20 worse everytime I order. I just cant keep ordering. I like the products and you should be able to choose the lense you want for the trial pack but Ill move on deaf ears. The shipping needs a UPS/FEDEX option. Ill look around and see what other places I can find that has faster shipping.

If I could give zero I would. Completely ripped off. Lots of promises made to rectify a charge that I did not authorise. Another internet snake oil salesman

Horrible absolutely Horrible

Horrible absolutely Horrible. Do not order. Save yourself money and time. Tell me why they delivered 2 different sets of contacts one of each without a prescription??! Nothing but money wasted as for customer service, forget it there is none. They will not correct their mistake and return policy....??? They will not even provide a return label. Not an honorable business.
I hope this review helps others.

Scam ! Don’t buy from them !

I ordered the 10 pair free trial, however, there’s $6 delivery fee, fair enough, paid , waited for like 3 wks, I didn’t receive anything then I contacted them. They said I didn’t provide my prescription. That’s weird , I’m sure when I paid I selected my eyes prescriptions. Anyway I provided via email. Then they said back that they need a physical copy of my prescription. I said I’ve never needed to provide that ordering online contact lenses in my whole life. From there I feel like they are scam so I just asked for $6 refund.

Don’t try their website, all scam. They also asked you to sign up before your trial order. If you were not careful, you subscribed them and they will charge your money and never get your contact lenses. Awful!!

Hi there — thanks for sharing your experience. I’m sorry this has been frustrating, and I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.

For all contact lens orders (including trials), we’re legally required to have a valid prescription on file before we can dispatch lenses. In some cases, if the prescription details can’t be verified online, we do need a copy of the prescription to proceed — this is an industry and regulatory requirement, not a scam.

Regarding the trial: a card is required to pay the delivery fee, and the terms and conditions clearly explain that signing up for a trial also opts you into a subscription unless it’s cancelled. This is outlined during sign-up.

That said, if an order can’t be fulfilled and you’ve requested a refund, our team is always happy to assist — we’d just need you to contact us directly so we can review and resolve it properly.

We genuinely don’t want anyone to feel misled, and we’re always here to help clarify or fix issues when something doesn’t go as expected.

Absolutely awful service no contacts lenses!!!

Absolutely awful service . I placed an order and my contact lens case was empty ( no contact lenses) ! They resent the order again and once again empty contact lenses with no contacts !!!!! Unbelievable!!! Got in touch with customer service and still waiting for reply !

Terrible

Terrible. I purchased a pack of 1day blue eye contacts, 5pairs in a box. Every single one was broken . All 10 contacts ripped and un-usable . Contacted them. No response

Worst company

AWFUL management i had forgotten to cancel my subscription as i did not like their contact lens they took 2 days to reply back to me saying they will talk with the courier so they can refund me but they never reached out to me Don’t ever buy from this scam company

edit:they told me to email them upon emailing them they still took a week to reply what is even worse it that the courier team which delivered to my parcel said that they won’t be able to delivered such parcel as they only deliver from this company they send from which is very inconvenient for me cause i have to look for another parcel company and they usually cost 15-25 dollars…. what a scam making it impossible to return once their customers don’t want the lenses wow worst company worst management worst customer service absolutely the worst in everything if i had to rate the company 0 stars i would

Awful lenses

Awful lenses, sting my eyes throughout the day. Tried a couple of days after a couple of weeks and they’re still SO bad! I don’t know what ingredients are in them but I have never had this happen and I’ve been wearing lenses 8 years…
I will stick to ordering my contact lenses from the UK instead.

Please avoid this product

Please avoid this product. I ordered some daily contacts for my holiday trip thinking that it would be super convenient, since I’m using monthly contact lens. I was wrong, the contact is so uncomfortable out of the pack, it wouldn’t even last a day until it starts irritating your eye so much. The next day it was just becoming too unbearable to wear again.

Order Never Arrived, Customer Service Ignored Me!!!

Order no Order #143249DC I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on 20th sep, but I still haven’t received it. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times through chat and email, but no one has responded to me. I even sent messages on Instagram, but still no reply. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially as I needed my order urgently. I feel ignored and let down as a customer. I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this company to others.

I already emailed you at the address you provided with my order details, but once again, I haven’t received any response. I’ve also messaged on Instagram, tried the online chat, and even left messages through the Contact Us section on your website still no reply. It was my biggest mistake to trust and order from your website. At this point, I’m no longer concerned about the package please refund my money immediately. For reference, here’s my order number again: order 143249DC. If I don’t hear back, I will make sure to tell everyone not to order from this website as it’s nothing but a scam.

Scammy and no response for missing…

Scam and no response for missing order

order 20049 Here. I ordered the 3 month supply on 15 Aug and they said its out for delivery on 17 Aug. However, I still haven’t received till this day. I emailed them, messaged them on FB/IG numerous times, but no response still.

Edit: Its a lie. They replied on here but I still haven’t got a response from my email nor the online chat function. WARNING Don’t buy from here 😮‍💨

I wanted to love these

I tried them on and they instantly popped out of my eyes. I put solution on them and my eyes did not want to keep them in. I think it would be helpful if I could fit my full perscription onto the order. Initially really uncomfortable to wear. My right eye won’t align with the middle of the contact and my left eye took a few hours to feel comfortable.

I’m not sure how to reply to the replied message, but is there a way to get a refund for the amount of money I spent on the contacts? I was really excited to try this out and the ads and TikTok reviews made them seem comfortable and fitting for my eye shape. I spent nearly $200 and I don’t think I could be okay with losing out on that money especially with using them for less than 24 hours.

Incredibly painful to wear

Incredibly painful to wear, which i found surprising as normally i can tolerate contacts even when slight discomfort, however these were just intolerable!! Poor quality.

Very uncomfortable to wear

Very uncomfortable to wear, extremely expensive!!! I bought the green contacts and they were already $62 but I had to pay extra $29 for both shipping and taxes. $91 for contacts that expires in 3 months and are extremely uncomfortable to wear is not it. Might as well continue buying from just4kira

Ordered mystic olive

Ordered mystic olive, colour was amazing but they were so uncomfortable. When I tried to wear them for the second time, it burnt my eyes and I had to take them off immediately. Lenses are thick, and makes your eyes red writhing few hours.

uncomfortable

The contacts are extremely hard to get out of the packet and harder to put in than my normal ones.

I have genuinely never worn such uncomfortable contacts, by 3pm they are unbearable, I've also had one just fall out.

Would not recommend.

Quality issues

Been ordering the daily coloured lenses . the colours are great but the quality is not . Minimum 2 to 3 lenses per box of 10 lenses tear as soon as get them out of the individual packaging or as i am putting the lens into my eye . It could be dangerous if it tears inside my eyes! I have taken photos and sent to the email address provided and have received no response . This is not a positive look for the company.
