Product dress purchased in the sale. Beautiful material. Really pleased although being only 5ft 2inch tall will need to shorten the lengh to make it midi lenth for me. This is the one issue that stops me from ordering more clothing especially if the hems are scolloped.
Delivery service brill.

EVRI email advised delivery between 6pm and 7pm. Delivery came at 3.28pm and I was not at home. The email confirming delivery showed a parcel being handed over at a white front door. My front door is dark grey! Close examination of the parcel being handed over showed it was not my address but it did give me a clue as to where my parcel might be. EVRI did not advise me as to where my parcel was delivered.

Excellent ordering system. I opted for Saturday delivery and communication was fab. Will definitely order again and recommend 😁

Parcel not recieved. Evri says delivered but I have not received it.

Very helpful, friendly and polite staff in my local Hitchin shop. A member of staff was always available by the changing room to assist with exchanging one size for another. One minor complaint, the sizing of the clothing is vastly inaccurate. Good customer service. Thank you.

I ordered a cardigan which was in the sale (I do own other products - clothing accessories and home wear) and this was my first web order. It came very quickly, beautifully packaged and I’m really pleased with it.

I had ordered a stained glass wall art and unfortunately it arrived smashed as was poorly packaged in only cardboard. I raised this on the online chat the following day when it became available and was immediately offered a refund or replacement. As it is a gift I opted for a replacement and the advisor had already offered to request extra packaging for it. It was sent with next day delivery and arrived today amazingly packaged and is beautiful! The customer service I received was great and will definitely order again thanks to the quick and painless resolution!

The shipping is so bad. Opted for next day delivery, 3 days in and still waiting for it. Was meant to be given as a gift and didn’t get it in time. They refunded the shipping, but still, can’t rely on getting an item in time. Please opt for better shipping methods, like DPD. Far more reliable than what you currently use.
