Shopping online at Oliver Bonas is always easy, seamless and an enjoyable experience. The wish list is very handy, the products have great pictures, descriptions and details, and the checkout process is very smooth. Plus, they offer the option of click and collect in addition to home delivery, which is very convenient for me and generally very quick too.

The overall shopping experience was good again from order to delivery. Product quality is great, I bought a pom pom scarf and socks. Quick delivery and updates. I chose shop pickup. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the delivery fee for shop pickup, which should be scrapped.

I lost my receipt for a pair of trousers that I’d bought at Crouch End branch. Alice the manager found a smaller pair to exchange at the Islington branch. I had to go away & Alice organised it so that I could pick the trousers up from Islington 3 weeks later on my return. Alice and her lovely team at Crouch End are fantastic people and can’t do enough for you. My family and I are looking forward to many more purchases at this branch.

Still not been delivered , using Evri is a mistake, I’m not sure when they are going to deliver it, I’ve had emails saying they have the parcel several days ago, but nothing to say they are delivering it.

next day delivery for so cheap it's the best and the box arrived so nice
