Hi Frank!
Thank you for your review. It is great to hear that everything worked smoothly ahead of the Formula 1 weekend at Monza.
We understand your comment regarding the price. As a reseller, our prices can differ from those offered directly by the organiser. The price is affected by factors such as availability, demand, booking time and ticket category, and also includes the service and support we provide before and around the event.
We hope you nevertheless had a fantastic experience at Monza and enjoyed the atmosphere at this iconic circuit.
High five!

Allt fungerade bra

High five!

Przede wszystkim do bilety były bez…
Wysłałem informację do Olki i podałem preferowaną datę i godzinę zwiedzania. Podsumowując: ceny umiarkowane, dodatki do biletu atrakcyjne a obsługa klienta? Chyba najlepsza obsługa klienta z jaką miałem dotychczas do czynienia. Wielkie brawa!

Hi Jacek,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with both the price and the seats, and that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
The ticket category you booked was Longside Middle, Level 200, and the seating area was shown on the stadium map at the time of booking. Exact seats cannot be selected when booking with us; the organiser or supplier allocates the seats within the chosen category.
The price paid was 295 PLN per ticket. We understand that value is subjective, but we hope this clarifies how both the seating category and placement were presented when the booking was made.
Despite your disappointment with the seats, we hope you still enjoyed the experience of watching AC Milan at San Siro and seeing a home win.
All the best,
Team OLKA Sportresor/Express
