Had a problem with my plug socket. Reported to Ollny. sent proof of purchase and item was replaced next day. Excellent customer service

I purchased outdoor string lights for the Christmas season. During a rain & sleet event, one of the power adapters failed. Water had entered the power adapter through the mode button seal. The support team quickly responded via e-Mail. Replacement Power adapters were not available. A entire replacement string was sent as replacement to expedite the power adapter replacement. However, same power adapter design. Power adapters may not meet IP44 requirements for waterproofing. Try to shield the power adapter from rain, or at least do NOT mount with mode button in the UP position.

Habe eine schöne Lichterkette geliefert bekommen. Leider nach einigen Wochen ein Kabeldefekt am Stecker. Sehr freundlichen Kontakt zum ServiceTeam und schnell Ersatz erhalten. Alles Top.

Purchased set of garden lights back in March which unfortunately encountered a charging issue in December Contacted Ollny and within a week replacement lights were delivered to my door.

We are vey pleased with Ollny and their products. Had an older set of lights for 5yrs, in constant use, failed when our son snapped the cable !! Replaced them with another set of lights from Ollny, on receipt there was an issue with light controller causing problems with the lights.
Contacted Ollny, who were fantastic at resolving the issue. They didn't have the part I required, so to get my new lights working they very kindly sent me a full set of lights with the appropriate controller FOC. Swapped controller from light set they sent me and replaced faulty controller, all now works fine.

The product had an issue out of the box which was disappointing but contacting support was easy and they helped walk me through various tests to check the product out. Finally arranged for a replacement which arrived about a week later.
When these things happen, having a responsive supplier makes a big difference to the customer experience. Nice work Ollny.

Wir hatten insgesamt 4x Kontakt, der Verkäufer ist sehr gut zu erreichen, und der Austausch der Ware wurde sehr schnell in die Wege geleitet.

It’s holiday time I’m a single dad with two wonderful kids that love the holidays. Not a lot of extra money this year so I was going to use old decorations. One night riding looking at lights the only thing the kids begged for was the remote control light up trees. ( they wanted to control from there windows). Shipment came in put trees up and thought I was going to make them smile. One tree would not work. My daughter gave her remote to my son and said she would be fine without one this year. I didn’t have the money to buy another. I took a chance next day at work to explain what had happened. Within a short time I had an email stating they were sending me another for free. All I had to do was give them the original order number. Total time explaining then getting one back to me was 1 week. Never ever in my life has a company and customer service been on point. I can’t say I’d order everything they had to offer I don’t have the money. I will say they stand behind there product. Don’t think twice about ordering from this company , think once and buy knowing if anything happens they fix it and fix it quicker then Jimmy John’s. Thanks again and Happy Holidays

Terrific customer service! Our 131 ft smart string lights didn't work when we received them. The customer service team helped guide us through how to fix the problem and when the lights still didn't work, they sent a new set no questions asked. I appreciated the quick response that the team gave us and the overall support.

I did not expect this kind of service! Best seller so far! I ordered a wrong Icicle light on Amazon that is not connectable with my other set of Ollny icicle light. Guess what this company do? They sent me a new set of light that is connectable with my 32 ft light!
All I can say is they really value their customers.

great customer service. I ordered lights via amazon in july and they broke. I messaged the customer service and they were so nice and sent me a new one immediately and followed up if the new one worked.

My 2nd purchase with Ollny. Their lights have exceeded my expectations for quality and function. Better than anything you can get at the big box stores.

I ordered multiple icicle sets for my house. I received my order promptly and it was easy to set up. They look beautiful! It is true that you can connect up to 3.
Also, there was an issue with one set, but Ollny Support was quick to work with me and ship a new replacement set as their product comes with a 1 yr warranty.

I ordered some lights for Halloween and when they arrived, a few weren't working. These things happen of course so I emailed customer service to advise of the issue.

Their response was fantastic and they replaced the item with minimal fuss and no expense to me. Cannot say fairer than that, excellent customer service and the product itself was great value for money.

Would use again as when things went wrong, their customer service was fantastic and really helped me out.

Unfortunately the product we ordered had a loose contact or some other error. After contacting Ollny support they tried to help with futher instructions how to handle the error. Unfortunately the product was still out of order. Ollny support reacted quite quickly and we had our substitute in just a few days. Perfect customer service!

Ollny went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They quickly offered a replacement for a faulty item and did so happily. I will do business with them again.
