Just over a week ago my lights suddenly failed, I logged into me account to check where I purchased them to find that they were still covered under warranty. I contacted Ollny support who immediately arranged for a replacement which arrived within a couple of days everything back and working . Exceptional service

Great customer service, I had one minor issue with one of the lighting products I got last year (to be exact 11 month ago). They quickly responded to my message and in less than 10 min they arranged for the replacement to be sent as a part of their one year warranty. Very pleased.

We bought cluster lights in December last year from Amazon. They were bright, with a dimmable function. We were very pleased with them. However when checking them this year we noticed some of the individual LEDs weren't lit or getting dim, which spoiled the look. I contacted Ollny through Amazon order and they replied very promptly. I then sent some photos showing the issue and they agreed to send new lights as it was within years warranty. Replacement lights have also arrived promptly. We are very pleased with how quickly and professionally this was dealt with. We would definitely buy Ollny products again and recommend as customer service is excellent.

I ordered fairy lights from Ollny and received a product with a production mistake which made the product unusable.
I contacted the Ollny support and got immediate reply and they sent me a new product within few days which worked perfectly fine! Great support.

Last year I bought a chain of lights that I hung outside my balcony throughout the year. After almost a year, the brightness was no longer as good. I wrote to customer support and received a new chain of lights within to days without any problems. I can only recommend them.

Ollny replaced my defective lights extremely promptly after the lights failed within the one year warranty.
Initially proving difficult to provide a proof of purchase, however we worked together and once ascertained, I received a replacement set of lights within 2 days.
Impressed with how thorough Ollny were.

Problems arise from time to time. Unfortunately, in this case, the product failed after only a short period of use.
A good company is characterised by how it handles complaints. In this case, the response was extremely quick and the customer's interests were prioritised. I felt very well treated, so full marks.

I ordered some lights on Amazon but had hip surgery and didn't put them up for almost 8 months. The remote control didn't work. It was too late to return them to Amazon but I contacted Ollny and they were very friendly and very responsive. They didn't have a spare remote to send me but sent me a brand new set up lights! Great customer service!

Great support and service! Product replaced in only very few days!

Earlier this year, I ordered the Ollny camping lights from a mail-order company. They turned out to be really beautiful, practical, and easy to install — a must-have for campers.
Unfortunately, after a few days of use, the battery stopped working. I then contacted Ollny’s customer service.
They responded quickly with several possible solutions. When those didn’t work, they sent me a new product without any hassle.

I can only recommend this company!
