We have replied to every message we received from you and provided your tracking details each time. According to the courier’s tracking and delivery notes, a delivery attempt was made and, because you were not available, the parcel was left with a neighbor. The courier records indicate you were notified of this, and we also shared the same information (incl. screenshots) with you in our replies, but we never received a response from you afterwards.
We’d also like to note that a chargeback has been opened on this order with the reason “product unacceptable.” This reason typically indicates the parcel was received, which appears to conflict with the claim that nothing was delivered. We completely understand disputes can be raised for different reasons, but we want to ensure the correct facts are reflected.
Either way, we are happy to help resolve any remaining concerns. If you still can’t locate the parcel, we can provide the courier’s proof of delivery/delivery notes and open a formal investigation with the courier on your behalf.
