Olyndra London Avis 

As everyone else finds out they are not based in London or even the UK. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes after waiting over 2 weeks the postman stood at my door with a split bag from top to bottom, 2 pairs of shoes somehow made it the 3rd were lost somewhere between China and the UK, I had the option to refuse delivery or sort it out via the right channels, I elected to accept as I'd waited so long and to be fair the shoes are ok but fighting through to customer services is a different matter. After weeks of ignored emails I got of some dodgy picture with some bags of shoes by a computer keyboard as way of proof they had posted them their end. The flimsy bag and multiple people handling it from China flying to the uk going through Customs to arrive at my door took it's toll but instead of a gesture of sending me another pair out they choose to offer me 75% of another purchase of the shoes I'd already brought. Well no thank you, and dont even bother typing to contact customer services to sort it out as I have and you've done nothing to rectify the problem.
They obvisouly cant read either thus the reply

Actually zero they take youre money , nothing has ever arrived , they send you fake tracking saying shoes are delivered when they are not 5 weeks no shoes , no refund , paypal useless to get refund , complete scam do not use , awful customer services , based in China not UK like advertised , steer clear!

I like the shoes I ordered. Comfortable, reasonably priced and attractive color. I will order another pair soon

What ever you do avoid this company like the plague...the shorts I ordered came and I honestly thought it was April the 1st....they didn't even come close to what I had ordered should have been 38 waist they were more like 48 waist they went down to my shins in length the material was a cheap synthetic and awfull. The general quality was a total disgrace even the colour was wrong ....I'm trying for a full refund but I'm not optimistic as I can't get a return delivery Address. The general consensus is that they are a cheap Chinese import using a London advertisement. It should not be rocket science to send a parcel back and get a full refund I've done this in the past obviously from reputable companies if I could have given zero stars I would have done I've obviously made a bad choice on my online shopping on this occasion I suppose you live and Learn

Beware of FRAUDSTERS -

I ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived after 2 weeks. They were appalling in quality...cheap and nasty. I expected the normal free return for clothes etc but was told that I would have to pay for tracked postage to China ! More than the value of the shoes. After posting this review, I was contacted by Olyndra who confirmed all I have written. The worst online experience ever!

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid an extra £2.99 for 24 hour dispatch and was charged twice for 'parcel protection' another £4.78
Four days later I'm still waiting for my shoes and have been told that dispatch won't be for another couple of days.
Like previous reviewers, I was led to believe that the business is located in the UK, which it clearly isn't
I very very disappointed and feel like I've been ripped off.

Goods are fine quality, Please can you put a size chart on your site ?? and i have made this comment B4 Please,Please do something about Delivery times !!! beginning to to think your Wearhouse is not in UK, Delivery time of 2+ weeks or more ?? You can do a lot better i'm sure, Note we are in the 21st century 2 to 3 days is now the norm, with some offering same day !! So please do something about it !! This is letting you down.

The quality of the products is excellent. My only gripe is that delivery tends to be slow, typically a couple of weeks.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes believing they were based in London but took weeks to arrive. Unfortunately they were to wide a fit and i sent 6 emails asking about returning them, I eventually got a reply after another 3 weeks, even though they were happy tp still keep sending me details of other items which i replied to for an answer. Eventually i got a reply which said, I have now ran out of time to return them. I will just donate to charity and advise anyone to be very cautious

Ordered goods was charged £2.99 extra for fast delivery and £2.99 extra for fast processing, goods took 12 days to arrive .

This is the most disgusting business I've ever had the misfortune of placing an order with. Selling rubbish plastic recycled jackets as 'Genuine Leather' I placed an order for £112.

I contacted the business several times via their on line portal and found several emails addresses too. I was ignored! I had to raise a section 75 claim. Just as well I purchased on my credit card. Avoid this shoddy dodgy business like the plague. Social media is where it all starts guys. Do not fall into this trap - this went on for months!!!

I ordered a coat , was told it had been despatched, Yodel reference given and the update was that Yodel had received it. I contacted Yodel who said hey haven't got it.
I have email seller but no response so will now go through PayPal to get a refund

Took over 2 weeks for delivery,tracking showed it was in facility locally after 2 days ,contacted several times,took over a day for response each time,given story about lead time etc ,tried to cancel delivery twice ,was ignored , shoes were delivered despite requesting cancellation. Now no reply to emails , asking for refund ,AVOID at all costs,given number of bad reviews Facebook should be looking at removing ads from their platform,

Everything is posted from abroad, they just use a uk address to register as a company, about time this was outlawed

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes I was kept updated on delivery and they were delivered on time, the shoes I ordered are perfect and as described and so comfy fit is perfect, would definitely order from them again Thanks.i

Appear to be Chinese scammers. Nothing delivered after 2 weeks. Vague delivery info.
Website Shows people trying on shoes in a shop in London but it doesn’t exist. Fortunately I paid by credit card and should be able to get my money back.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, but on receipt I found them to be such poor quality a default I tried to return them within a few days of delivery. They continually refused to provide the return address or provide a full refund. All this despite being within their 14 day return window and 30 day refund!

Ended up chasing them through my credit card under the Consumer Credit Act - distance purchase clause.

I should have read reviews - an awful company to deal with and such poor quality goods!

I have been in communication throughout this sorry experience with the company and they have avoided providing their return address, offering me either a 10% immediate refund or 75% store credit. They pursued this approach no doubt to prolong the process and have now said I’m outside the 14-day returns window. They need to go look up the Consumer Credit Act with the specific reference to the distance purchase clauses! I suggest you do too if you’re daft enough to fall for their scam!

The shoes are great quality. Unfortunately problems with delivery.
