Excellent Products and Customer Service
I have been using Olyvogue for about 2 1/2 years for my small business making beaded kitchenware.
My purchases have been varied from anywhere between beads to beadable kitchenware. The products have been of excellent quality and reasonably priced.
I would suggest giving orders to Australia plenty of time - picking, packing and freight can take around 2 weeks to arrive. Unless you pay for express/fast freight.
My last order was one of my biggest as I am getting ready for Christmas and two specialised sales. After contacting Olyvogue directly, I was helped by Kevin and customer service to get the best value out of the current Summer Sale giving me more savings than expected. My order was over $250 AUD - freight was free so that was a major saving.
I would definitely recommend Olyvogue - great customer service and quality products.

This was my first time ordering from this company and I am very disappointed. The item I ordered was not what I expected at all and the day I got my package I contacted the company to start a return. Per their website the return policy is Step-by-Step Return Process:
Initiate Return: Email us at with your return request.
Receive Instructions: If approved, you'll get a return shipping label and directions.
Send Your Item: Post it to us using a trackable shipping method.
So I did exactly what it says then they tell me the buyer has to pay for shipping. I don't feel like I need to pay for shipping when I am requesting to return the item the same day I get it. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMAPNY EVER AGAIN

I have the best experience with this Company. I have never been disappointed with anything that I have received from this Company. If anything is out of stock they let me know and replace it with a similar item and its not worth a refund due to the cost.

The customer service is great! As soon as i placed my order i was contacted by the company to confirm my order and to let me know how i wanted to handle out of stock items. I was updated with every step of my order. The products were more than i expected. Nothing was broken or missing. I will be ordering again.

Personal Customer Service; High Shipping
While I found what I wanted when searching online and placed my order for what was a reasonably priced item, I was then contacted by customer service asking if my purchase was for personal use or for resale. When I questioned the estimated delivery date for my personal use item, I was informed my order would not make it by my need date. Customer service coordinated with me to make an additional payment to cover the difference for a shipping upgrade to DHL. While all this was very helpful, my total shipping cost of $35 for a $48 order seems very excessive and is the only reason for giving OlyVogue a 4 out of 5 stars.
