Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic. My order arrived in a timely manner and the quality of all of my items were outstanding. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because shipping costs are extremely expensive. But the cost of each item was so inexpensive I couldn't pass this up!

They took a month to send my products
They took a month to send my products. I was making pens for a fundraiser and when I received my order, the beads I had ordered were on "back order". They said they would give me a gift certificate for the the next time I ordered. I was fuming because as it was I was already behind schedule.

I am very sorry and hope you can understand. We update hundreds of products every day. There are tens of thousands of hot-selling products online now. Some products are sold out. It takes some time for the warehouse to feedback to the front end. If you happen to place an order at this time, you will indeed buy goods that are not actually available, but this is really not our intention. We also want to remove them from the shelves in time. We have been working hard, but this is really not an easy task. It is really troublesome to manage a warehouse with tens of thousands of products and update their inventory in time. I really hope you can understand that we will return out-of-stock products to you in the form of gift cards by default, and you can use them as a deduction for your next purchase. But if you don’t want a gift card and want to refund it to a bank card, that is also completely fine. We cannot refuse your request. This is obviously a misunderstanding.

I purchased my items on 7/4 and received on 7/14. That was the exact time of the shipping window. All of my products were as advertised and of good quality. The customer service was great. All of my items were checked off on my packing list. I will order again.

Great communication! They made sure I got what I wanted and told me what to expect with order. Took about 3 ish weeks to get to me. Will highly order again! Shipping fee was a little high for my taste buuuuuut the price of items and how they came out is worth it! Forever order from there to restock

The only thing that I may have a complaint on is the cost of the shipping. But I guess you got to pay what ever the post office charges.

OlyVogue is one of my main sources for inventory for my small business. Their prices are great and shipping is fast. I have been shopping with them since they opened and have had nothing but great experiences. When there was an error they team was quick to fix it and Sandra is always quick to respond to questions that I have. I look forward to my next order.

There are so many things that went wrong with my order. They sent wrong size beads than I ordered, my order was shorted items and they sent extra items I didn’t order I guess to compensate for their mistake. As soon as I placed the order they told me many items were out of stock and how did I wish to handle it. I told them to refund me for the items not in stock and shipping for those items ( I had paid $40 shipping for a $80 total) needless to say I am awaiting a refund. Not a trustworthy business at all
Bottom line is if something is too good to be true, it usually is. Remember that when placing an order with them.
The only thing positive about this company is that the order was shipped fast but did take a while to arrive coming from overseas which was expected.

I was missing 9 items. But when I emailed amd let it be known those 9 items were missing. The customer service reached back out in a very timely manner and solved the issues very well. So my first experience with this company won't be my last. Very good service

Cheap Prices OUTRAGEOUS Shipping
yea they have cheap prices which is great, BUT if you are ordering beads, and pens the Shipping charges are outrageous. They calculate shipping by volume, so with 1200 item order (1000 being pen refills), other items were pens and beads, shipping was $120 alone. So not worth it!

HI Dear, we noticed your comment. It is very important and I am checking your order number, but I can't find it at the moment. So I have no way to judge the situation of the shipping cost you chose right now. (If I had I would be able to give you better advice) But you have a really good eye for DIY, self-defense products and keychains are the hottest selling products right now. Selling 50000+ every day. But we as a production factory, only add a small amount of product profit. So the cost price of the product looks very low.
I think the shipping cost is the point that people are more confused. Because the packaging of the products can't be compressed. And international shipping needs to calculate both weight and volume, so when you checkout, you will be confused it seems to be a high percentage of shipping cost for the whole order. Of course many of our customers prefer: newest product + fastest shipping time = highest profit.
So we try to give our customers the best option. We have a total of five international shipping carriers. From higher prices (faster) and lower prices (relatively slow). If there are special questions and needs. Ask our customer service. They will give more professional and reasonable advice. Make sure that all our customers get the highest profit.

Low prices and fast shipping
Olyvogue is one the best place on the Internet if you're looking for low, very low, prices for jewelry. I had an amazing experience, with very fast shipping and I must say very good quality from the rings/bracelets I've ordered.
Would greatly recommend it to anyone and will surely come back very soon.
