Do not buy from this company. I was duped into believing their clothes were natural fibres and instead w hat came I wouldn't put on my dog! I initiated a return immediately and was told if I kept it I could give it as a gift! They said it would be costly to return as it would have to go to China. I obtained the address and spent $155 on principle to return the clothes. It's now nearly 3 months later and I have received nothing back.

The silver earrings did not look like the advertized version, they look cheap and ill designed. I am very disappointed. The 2nd pair were satisfactory however.

They didn't even bother to change the photo or description. Total scam site

Do not buy from this store. It is not a Canadian store and if you have to return the merchandise, you must return it to China which is super expensive. The quality of the jewelry is not even similar to the photos in the website. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought the 2 rings. It said it was on sale 1/2 price but that is the regular price.

I wish I could give negative stars!! There are so many things wrong with cheating supplier. 1. It is not a family or women's owned company - it is a Chinese factory. 2. The photos are fake - the actual pieces do not look like the pictures. The jewelry is cheap, ugly trash. Cheap plastic and tin. I've seen better at the Dollar Store. 3. The refund policy if bullshit. Email run around. Finally, I was told to get a refund, I would have to mail the junk back to China, and then THEY would decide if I were going to get my money back. Finally, I was worn down to the point where I accepted a store credit. I won't waste space giving my opinion of the alternative replacement pieces - just read the above statement.

I received two rings on. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Not handmade and we’re so cheap. Within one week of wearing them one of them started to turn color.

Even one star is too much for this company. The quality of the products is nothing like what you see online — there’s a huge difference. The return process is a nightmare: you have to send the package back to China. To avoid returns, they first offer just a 10% refund, and only after pushing back do they go up to 35%. If you insist on sending the item back for a full refund, they stop responding and never tell you the deadline for returning it. Terrible experience — do not buy anything from them

I have emailed this company 3 times to get a return started. No reply from anyone. The jewelry is crap and does not look like anything I ordered. STAY AWAY!!!

Not a North American based company as they proclaim to be. Manufacturing is in China. Items will be shipped from China so if you want to return an item you will have to pay the $100 shipping cost to China

If i could give negative stars I would've given them -1,000. What is shown on the website is a gross misrepresentation of what you receive. They show quality 925 silver items and what you get is equal to what you'd receive out of a $0.25 machine and even that is being nice. They also state a 30 day money back guarantee (with you holding the bill of sending the items back) but don't tell mention anywhere you have to ship back to China, so the cost of sending your crap items is more than you paid to begin with. Stay away from this company and save yourself the headache. What a scam.

The quality is not good and doesn’t match the photos in your ads.
The octopus ring is chintzy and looks like it will break
The “gold” ring looks like the patina would rub off in one wearing and the “diamond” looks like plastic
The silver earrings have so many rough edges they look like they would cut my neck
The “turquoise” earrings are ceramic.

It’s all cheap looking Chinese crap, nothing like the “hand made” quality you portray in your ads.
I knew of course it would not be real gold and silver, and diamonds (duh) but this doesn’t even attempt to look like good quality.

And your “refund” in 20% money back. Nope. Please tell me how to get a refund.

Do not order! Pictures look great, but what you get is equivalent to what you get for 25 cents out of a gum ball machine. Seriously, I’m throwing my ring away.

This company is acting in bad faith to consumers and fraudulently advertising poor quality jewelry and also deceiving customers because their Refund Policy page doesn't mention anywhere that the buyer has to ship back for a refund to a Non-US Address and in China. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BY CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE!

Bought a dress —-the company is a scam based in china using a fake shop front of Canada - the dress did arrive no labels at all which is not legal in the uk - the quality of the material was shocking so thin and cheap looking - straight in the bin as would cost me too much to send back to china - don’t be fooled people there is n sale or closing down bargains save your money and don’t buy

IF I could it zero stars I would, the product is so cheap looking the gold is so weirdly yellow it's awful. customer service is prompt telling you that you HAVE to return to China HQ and they literally said no one chooses this option, instead take 20% refund and share your cheap looking garbage with a loved one.

The items they show on their website look absolutely nothing like what they send you. Their website is plastered with statements like "30 day money back guarantee" and "Hassle free 30 day returns", but it's a lie. You can go through their insanely-elaborate return process which requires a reason that they need to "accept", then sending of photos to prove what you received, etc., and then they will say that your happiness is their priority and they completely understand why you are unhappy with what was sent to you.

And then the kicker...they'll refund only 20% of what you paid OR you have to pay yourself to ship what you bought back to China.

When asked for a GENERAL idea of shipping cost, they'll reply saying there's no way to give you an exact price (which you didn't ask for).

This is a scam that is trying very hard to look legitimate. They wear people down with the rounds and rounds of emails and steps, and then once you find out that their money back guarantee is another lie and that you'd have to pay to ship jewelry back to China, you figure it's not worth your time to do so. So Omelia & Oliver is refunding you a tiny portion but making money on the rest.

Ordered gold jewelry that I though was coming from Toronto, as indicated to be a Canadian Company. However, the shipment took forever and the gold jewelry looks like cheap garbage. Returns? Well, I received a prompt and very courteous response almost immediately saying they wanted me to keep the jewels and order more for an additional shipment fee. However, the return policy says they will accept returns. I've sent 3 more messages and now there is no response, and I have a feeling that's it and I'm out $150. They do a good job with the photos and presentation of projecting a stand-up home-spun company, when in fact it's the opposite. Cheap garbage. Stay away. It's a scam company.
