Do not purchase from this company. The product I received did not match the online photo. Was not sterling silver as advertised and looked very cheap. They wanted to give me a refund of 20% of my purchase price and said I could keep the product. No only do I not want the earrings, but I would never even give them away!

What a complete scam! Advertising as handcrafted jewelry but comes straight from China. Not only that, quality is awful and looks nothing like the advertised pictures. Sure, the pieces weren’t overpriced, but it’s the principle behind a deceitful advertisement.

This is NOT quality jewelry. It ships from China so takes quite a while to arrive. Sure, they offer a full 30 day refund, but you must return the order to their processing center in China so the shipping costs doesn't make it worth it. My $80 order was going to cost $190 to return. Save your money, this isn't worth it.

I’m glad I checked TrustPilot before purchasing. I thought the prices were too low based on the pictures and I’ve read much about the poor quality. Also appreciate some reporting that returns go to CHINA! I didn’t read a lot of reviews bc it was a lot of the same but the one who reported good customer service sounded like she’d had a lot of contact which made me wonder why?

Terrible quality looks nothing like as advertised! Feel I was totally ripped off and then as advertised hassle free returns, Nothing but. Took me several emails to get an address where to return. They wanted pictures first Handmade no way! Where to return CHINA Do not waste your money

Horrible customer service. I contacted them directly to correct the delivery address, was told they had it in the system and yet it was still delivered to the incorrect address. I will be filing the charge as erroneous.

What you get is NOT what is advertised! It’s the worst jewelry ever! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Total SCAM, wish I would’ve known before ordering, lesson learned I guess…

I received the ring I ordered and really liked it however within just a couple weeks, the band began to discolor. Pretty cheaply made with poor materials. Won’t buy from this company again. Guess you get what ya pay for!

The actual earrings didn't look anything like the photo. I contacted customer service stating that I would be returning their earrings for a refund. For two days, they kept sending a "form" email stating that they would exchange my purchase and I could keep the earrings just pick something else. It was as though they were not reading my response emails. I didn't want anything else. I wanted a refund. I repeatedly asked for their address to return the earrings. After day-3, I found the packaging with the address. I emailed Customer Service again stating I found the address and would be mailing the earrings for a full refund.
After mailing the earrings, I emailed Customer Service letting them know the expected delivery date and the Tracking Number.
My fear is that they won't refund my money and I won't have any recourse. Has anyone else been in this situation? What did you do? I wish I would have thought to complain online BEFORE returning the earrings.

False claims all the way around! My flair for ordering on line . Cheap poor cs Texas :do not order …. We don’t want to start a war .

Too bad I didn’t read these bad reviews before making a purchase at omelia&oliver. The glossy ads make the jewelry look so pretty and appealing. The reality is quite different — dull, cheap-looking, uninspired. Buried in their website is a reference to returns going to an overseas location. That location is China, despite the jewelry having been sent from USA. Shipping would cost 2/3 of my original cost. This is their angle — send lower quality goods than advertised (no Truth in Advertising) and then make it prohibitive to return. They promote “satisfaction guaranteed” but don’t deliver on it. Save your money.

The jumper I ordered was supposed to be knitted and made of natural fabrics. What I received was a photo print on cheap polyester. I am embarrassed that I fell for this scam. Is there a consumer agency to report this company for fraud?

The website is a complete scam. The photos are AI generated and the jewellery is just cheap plastic from China which I have found on AliExpress and Temu for less than £3. All it takes is a quick Google and you can see they also use fake Mothers and children called: Luna and Lucas, Mila and Rose, Vanessa and Luca, Isla and Hugo, Claire and Liam. The list goes on, this isnt just one fake website - its loads. But they have used the same blueprint for all of them which is why its easy to see them all.

Agree with all reviews. Wish I’d seen reviews before I spent $. Chintsy jewelry that does not match images what so ever. Totally duped. Don’t fall for the scam.

Based on the one pair of earrings I purchased, this jewelry is junk. The earrings don't look anything like the website picture. I see other reviews so it's my fault for not looking a reviews first. I wish I had given my dollars to a homeless person on the street. I would not even give these earrings away.

I have been requesting a refund for an item that is clearly junk. The refund offered was for 20% of the $32.96 I paid. Order #13759...The email responses are coming from Representative was Bella | Customer Support

Would never order from them again! Very dissappointed and frustrated. Horrible customer service.

Would never order from them again. Horrible customer service response. They claim they will refund your order fully. I can;t even do that since no one is returning any of my emails after trying 3 times.

This was my original email sent directly to Lisa at Luna-Oliver on June 28th.

"I ordered $200 worth of jewelry. After almost 3 weeks I was so excited to receive it. Everything was lovely except the ring that did not fit although I followed sizing instructions.

To my surprise, after wearing the one necklace every day for 5 days, it has completely tarnished into a terrible colour. I have attached pictures compared to another necklace I ordered from you. I put them side by side. I am very shocked.

I understood this to be good quality based on the reviews. I have other plated gold necklaces which have never turned colour. I understand this is made in China but I am truly wondering what has happened. Thank goodness I received the discount I did, because If I had paid full price, I would be livid.

I am ready to send everything back for a full refund-my entire order. I don't want to take a chance on any other pieces going bad. Please advise asap. I have not put on any google reviews yet. I will wait to hear from you."

I had resent this email 3 days later and sent the same email to the customer service. It is now July 8th with no response.

Please be very wary when ordering. The jewelry does appear cheap. Never would I order from them again. All I can say is thank goodness I did not pay full price. This will probably get me nowhere but what a joke!

Refund policy totally misleading.

They claim that jewelry can be returned for any reason. They do not say that jewelry must be returned to China, which is costly. Jewelry did not meet expectations based on pictures, and returns are difficult and expensive. Poor and misleading return policy.

I agree - quality is nothing like how the product looks on line and after 3 request for returns I disputed charges with my credit card to get my money back.

I bought what I thought was a really nice silver ring and a beautiful ocean reflection- like necklace. What came in the mail was a PLASTIC necklace - fake gold with plastic blue piece glued to it and a ring that might look nice for one wear before it turns my finger black. When I wrote to customer service they asked me for photos. SURE, I'll send ya photos and you should put them side by side of what's on the website. Laughable. NEVER buy from there.
