My experience with Omelia & Olive has been extremely disappointing. The information provided on their website is misleading and does not reflect the reality of their products or business practices. I purchased three pieces of jewelry, none of which resembled the photos advertised. The quality was very poor, and the items were shipped from overseas, despite the company presenting itself as a small business.

When I inquired about this, I was told that the pieces were “carefully crafted overseas.” I requested a refund for two of the items, but was only offered a 20% discount on my entire purchase, along with the requirement that I pay for return shipping to China. This policy makes returning the items impractical and unfair to the customer.

Additionally, one of the rings I purchased was advertised as an opal but was merely painted. I later discovered the exact same ring being sold on another website, further confirming the deceptive nature of this business.

Based on my experience, I believe Omelia & Olive engages in misleading advertising and poor customer service practices. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

WARNING ! RIP OFF! This is such a rip off scam. The quality of the jewelry is so is ugly and cheap. Returns are not in any way practical or affordable, as you must ship back to China. This company is deceptive and if I could give NO stars I would. A terrible experience, I am sorry I did not read all the terrible reviews and dissatisfied customers. WARNING! do not order any cheap nasty product from this awful place.

DO NOT BUY! This company is completely misleading in all of their advertising and web content. I purchased a coat, which took a long time, and when the tracking said it had been delivered but I hadn't received it, I contacted them, they told me I had to contact the couriers. They showed a photo of it in my letterbox, but it was not there. It's marked as no-signature required, however I wasn't given the option at checkout. I've requested a full refund, they've offered a replacement which I obviously don't want. I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback. DO NOT BUY. They are fraudulent and a nightmare to deal with. I've only given them 1 star, because I couldn't give them none!

Total scam! I spent over $200 on items that turned out to be very poor quality. On top of that, I had to pay another $20 to return them to China. My package has been stuck in Chinese customs for nearly two months because of unpaid taxes, but I have no way to access the payment link or resolve the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

This company claims they are attempting to deliver your order,but they never deliver it! I placed the order July 7,2025.They provide
"order tracking ", but when you contact them, they say the tracking # is incorrect. When the shipper is contacted, they say the same thing.
They get 1 star for having a nice presentation of beautiful things,but they didn't deliver,and are therefore fraudulent.

They sent me two of the exact same earrings and told me all I needed to do was send a picture of the earrings with the package description in order to get a refund. Then they told me I needed to take a photo of the mailing package which I had already thrown out. Then they said they would send me a gift card for one earring which is ridiculous. Also, I ordered a ring that was supposed to be sliver which is now turning a rust color meaning. They sell crappy jewelry.

The ring I received in a shoddy copy of the ring they promised me. It was supposed to be a gift for my grand-daughter. The "engraving" is thick and sloppy. I would never give her something so cheaply made.

I can’t believe I got scammed by Amelia Oliver jewelry.i ordered 2 pairs of earrings and they are junk. I want to return but they say I have to return to their international place but they don’t leave an address. Can anyone help me????

You do not get what you see in the photos you get a lanky version that is very cheap and poor quality. They advertise 14K and you get spray painted silver over copper. You also dont get the same stones, or the same ring design. Its complete fals advertising do not be fooled.

I was terribly disappointed in the products I ordered. They are cheap and the return policy is cumbersome. If I had known that this company is from China I would not have ordered anything. It is false advertising to show a store in california. I trust that I will get my money back from my purchase. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After I requested a refund they offered me a 20% refund and told me to keep the product. Not interested and not ok!

I bought a ring from them - found the exact same ring and even the same photo on Temu for $2. when the ring turned up it wasn't even the right one. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FRO THEM.

I ordered a ring in March- they sent tracking coming from China then the order was returned to China. Then I contested on my credit card. They sent another order, they say, but still no sign of the product I ordered!

I’ve had a great experience with this company. The rings are gorgeous and are exactly the same as the picture. I mean, come on, it’s costume jewelry, not authentic gems.

Upon receiving the Vintage Ring, I ordered by Omelia &Oliver, I was truly disappointed at what I received. Cheaply made and when I reached out to them with photos to support my disappointment, I was told I could return the ring to CHINA where the ring came from on my own. They don’t offer free returns. If I had read the reviews of others before ordering I would not have done so. Don’t waste your time.

I recently purchased a ring from the Omelia Oliver website, which appeared to be based in Auckland. The ring I received looked very different to the product photos — the colours, finish, and overall quality were not as advertised. When I requested a refund, I was told I would need to post the item back to China at my own cost.

DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY! The jewelry is horrible, cheaply made, and barely look like the ad picture! I googled the return address that was 1055 Sesame Street, so I knew I had been scammed! It’s an abandoned building.
Piece of shit!!!!

I bought several rings that were silver with a little gold. The gold disappeared within 2 weeks. I got a pair of earrings that were replacement for the poor quality of a ring. Earrings were lousy and cheap. I bought a wildflower ring that turned to copper in a week.. I get better quality of items from India. Don’t bother.

If I could give less than 1 star I would have.Dreadful quality nothing like the hand crafted pieces on their website .Tried to return but was going to cost me more than the original price.

The jewelry is expensive and really bad quality, also you can find the same styles in SHEIN and the price is 1-4 dlls

Very disappointed in the earrings I purchased from Omelia&Oliver. A Far Cry from the company's online claim - Timeless, textured, one of a kind. More like poor craftsmanship, cheap looking.
