Thus is an overseas company, they falsely protray themselves as a US small business. Their jewelery is not handscrafted by them and all returns are to be sent overseas which costs $48 to mail back which I paid. The rings I received looked very cheap and were the wrong size. I ordered 5 size 7 rings and 2 size 9 rings. They were all size 6. Total hassel to get them to refund me which I still have not received. Total scam company from China!

If I could have given them a zero I would have. Cheap junk probably worth $8 but I payed almost $70. Not even a full stone only a very thin sliver. Run away

I purchased two identical rings. One was sized incorrectly. I returned it and purchased the correct size. They never gave me a refund for the one I sent back. We wore the rings for 2-3 months and they both turned a pink color!!! The ring didn’t look anything like the picture!! I wrote to them and they just kept saying it’s past the 30 day return! They didn’t turn pink within the first 30 days! It took 3 months!!!! They won’t return my payment or work anything out. This jewelry is JUNK AND THEIR customer Service Sucks!! I advise anyone sho might be interested to read this and know that you dodged a bullet when you decide to buy from a reputable company with decent customer service!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality is below average and while the phone number appears to be a NC number, after 5 emails and photos sent back and forth, they send me a CHINA address to return the products to. Of course that shipping cost well outweighs the original $72 cost which they could have easily returned.

This company is a scam. The jewelry they send you looks nothing like the advertised version. The product is very cheaply made with parts that look like they come from a craft store. I complained and was told I could send it back at my expense or keep it and receive a 10% refund. They do this on purpose knowing most people won’t go to the time and expense of returning it.

I ordered a ring and a pair of earrings from Omelia&Oliver Jewels and was incredibly disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service. The items I received looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised on their website.

The ring I purchased arrived looking two-toned, but after wearing it for one day, all the color wore off completely—leaving behind a plain, cheap-looking silver ring. As for the earrings, they were so badly bent and deformed they looked like they’d been run over by a car.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I could either get back only 30% of what I paid, or I could ship the items back to China—with no guarantee that the return would be received or that I’d get my money back if it was never received. This is completely unacceptable.

This company is clearly selling low-quality, misrepresented products and making it nearly impossible for customers to get proper refunds. I strongly advise others to stay away from Omelia&Oliver Jewels. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

A con. Terrible quality product that looks nothing like the photos. And they sold them to me under a totally different brand name - it was only when I got the confirmation email (telling me I can’t cancel an order) that the Omelia and Oliver name came up.
Avoid at all costs

The pictures do not match the jewelry that arrived at my home, the silver earrings were broken and the green ones--definitely did not look like the picture. So disappointed and disgusted!

I received my order today, Vintage Blue Zirconia Boho Ring, and I am very disappointed with the item. I have been looking forward to purchasing this ring for quite some time, but upon opening the package today, it did not meet my expectations. The ring does not match the appearance shown on your website and looks very different in quality—much cheaper than anticipated.

I ordered two of these rings, and was very disappointed, they looked nothing like the picture, they looked cheap, I think they came from China, I ordered one for my daughter for her birthday and I'm considering not giving it to her.

With all the bad reviews on here, I’m surprised I didn’t look the jewelry I got was so tacky that I wouldn’t even put it on a cat or dog. I got my money back. I made my credit card go after them. I was refusing to buy anything if it was $15 it was too much Totally disgusted and those people make you send it back to China when they’re stating they’re out of this country or Canada they oughta be ashamed of yourself seriously save yourself the time because you’re gonna get nothing but backlash from them. They offer you a percentage of you your whole payment so if I paid $77, I was only getting $7 and change back like what kind of place does that it looks nothing like the jewelry I bought or I would’ve never purchased it. There are a rip off. They’re pretending they’re from close. They’re from China and their jewelry collection shows it too. it’s disgusting and I like I said wouldn’t even put it on an animal probably rot their neck off. Keep control. Keep your money in your pocket because they are not worth it I had to fill out all kinds of things for my credit card company, but it was worth losing to myself then to lose to them.!!!! and I actually did get my money back. I sent them pictures of what it should’ve look like and what it shouldn’t and the man said how disgraceful.

DO NOT BUY!!! Not even worth the one star which the minimum you can give.
Ordered these rings and when they arrived are nothing like the pictures on the website. They look like something out of a jamboree bag!
Not worth paying the fee to return them. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

Sadly, I bought 5 pairs of earrings “on sale” BEFORE reading the reviews. The quality and appearance is awful, and product doesn’t resemble the online photos! I’m working on a return now, hoping they’ll send a return address ASAP. It will be an overseas return at my expense according to the policy.

I am very unhappy with my purchase. I paid for shipping and returned it to their headquarters as stated on their website. I then received an email from them saying their headquarters isn't really a headquarters. They expected me to retrieve my package and ship it to China to get my refund. Horrible Customer Service! Deceiving Information on their website! I would never buy anything for this company

RIP OFF for sure. I was impressed by the website and didn’t check reviews. When the jewelry arrived how disappointed I was. The jewelry looked similar to the pictures but the pictures look very nice the actual item is CHEAP CHEAP. I wouldn’t be as angry if the jewelry was free. It’s not even worth what they charge. Jewelry is cheap and not worth the price even on sale!! DON’T BUY

The picture and description of the jewelry from Omelia&Oliver is NOTHING like the actual pieces that I received in the mail from my paid order.
The jewelry is nothing more than costume jewelry. They are very cheap in terms of feeling and looking. I am VERY disappointed!

quality is cheap and the company requires you to pay for returns - TO CHINA!!!! The company ships FROM a location in Franklin Park, IL but if you aren't happy with the product, you gotta ship it back at your cost to CHINA! WHAT A SCAM!
