Terrible service. I couldn't take out my parcel out of parcel machine, although, the parcel was still in the parcel machine. It was one day past the preserving due date. I do understand that it was one day past the due date, however, the parcel was still in the parcel machine, yet it didn't let me to take the parcel, instead it was sent back to sender so I had to pay twice to get my parcel and had to go to the different parcel machine. When I approached the customer support, they weren't very helpful only referenced to internal policy and not really helped. I would be avoiding this service as much as possible.
I don't know why I was assigned with them AGAIN. If I previously told customer service of the app I ordered in to not let my package get delivered by omniva. Their train broke down and I've been waiting 6 days, and have to wait 4 more for them to fix it. Sad, because I was really hoping on them for once. Omniva is a shitty company
Their service is unacceptable. Wait for my carpart, longer, they can't say when, because there is a queue.
Initially promised 2 days.
Said could not deliver due to receivers change request, which I never did. Then changed from a paid delivery to the door to pack station with no permission, them pack station is full so an urgent package does not get delivered when needed. Escalation should be delivery ASAP not next day when it fits the route, driver. Unfortunately some EU vendors cooperate with Omniva for deliveries and you can’t chose to avoid them.
No phone call, no notification about the reason why the parcel was sent back, even when in the field, I specified that I'm sending a laptop. Also requesting additional costs when the parcel did not make it halfway to the destination. Never sending again by this company

Well, such a bad experience. I am never going to use that service again. If you see that the delivery will go through Omniva, cancel your shipping straight away. Otherwise, your item will never reach the receiver. No messages, no email — they immediately sent the parcel back to the sender.Awful experience.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with omniva.
Because of a small typo in the phone number (two digits swapped), I didn’t receive any delivery notifications for my parcel worth over €200. I contacted customer service, explained everything, provided my ID, tracking number, screenshots, even records of previous successful deliveries with the correct number.
Still, they refused to help. They insisted that only the sender can request changes — even though I am clearly the intended recipient and can prove it.
Other delivery companies have no problem updating such minor errors when the recipient provides sufficient proof. But here, I received no flexibility, no understanding, no solution — just copy-paste responses.
As a result, the parcel — which originally came from outside the EU and passed through multiple delivery companies — has now been returned not to the seller, but to an intermediary forwarding service. Since this company operates outside the EU, there is a high risk that the parcel will be lost or mishandled, and I will never recover my €200+ order.
This is unacceptable. I will not use this service again, and I strongly warn others to be cautious.
Really bad instructions for the sizing of the parcel and service price one should choose. You are not able to see whole description when you are using your phone. It could have be done better if one could print in size of the pack and a system could show you appropriate services... As a result my parcel was returned, i had to pay additional sum to take my parcel out... Despite the fact that costumer surface told me that I can apply to get my money back for not delivered service...
The shipping is quick from omniva to omniva and the overall experience is nice, the packaging rules are strict witch is nice because that way my ordered or sent stuff wont break. Thats easy five stars from me
