Rhinoplasty

On July 18, 2025, I underwent rhinoplasty surgery. Besides the aesthetic concern, I had a rather serious breathing problem: my left nostril had a deviation, and the right one had atrophy, plus unfortunately a fracture from childhood. Dr. Cagri Demirbaglar managed to restore both the respiratory and the aesthetic function. I am extremely satisfied; the staff was super friendly. If I were to have another surgical procedure, I would definitely come back. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Greetings from Romania. 🇷🇴

Meine Erfahrung

Meine Erfahrung mit Medistanbul / Emsey Hospital
Zunächst war eine Brustverkleinerung mit Straffung im Medistanbul geplant, doch meine Koordinatorin rief mich an und empfahl mir einen anderen Chirurgen im Emsey Hospital.
Ich sah mir seine Arbeit auf Instagram an und war begeistert, ich vertraute ihr und stimmte zu.
Am Tag meiner Anreise wurde ich dann mit einem Transfer ins Krankenhaus gebracht. Das man einwenig länger warten muss, ist normal, da Istanbul eine Riesen Metropole ist und dort viel Verkehr herrscht.
Im Krankenhaus aufgenommen, wurden bei mir Blut abgenommen und am nächsten Tag durfte ich Dr Kayhan Zeytin kennenlernen, der mich dann auch aufgeklärt hatte.
Im Krankenhaus wurde ich von netten Krankenschwestern versorgt und meine Koordinatorin Aysegül war immer und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie half mir jederzeit bei Fragen, bei der Hotel Unterkunft und begleitete meine Begleitperson in die Apotheke.
Nach dem Krankenhaus wurden wir in dem Hotel direkt nebenan untergebracht. Auch während der Zeit im Hotel war Aysegül immer für mich da.
Alles verlief super, ich bin auch sehr begeistert von dem Ergebnis.
Am Abreise Tag musste ich etwas länger auf den Transfer warten, aber der Fahrer entschuldigte sich und ich weiß ja, was es mit dem Straßenverkehr in Istanbul auf sich hat.
Didem hatte sich alles gekümmert, auch großes Lob an sie.

Anfangs fand ich es ehrlich gesagt etwas komisch, dass mir ein anderer Chirurg und Krankenhaus angeboten wurde. Ich wusste aber, dass es im Medistanbul Probleme gab, bezüglich der Wasserleitungen. Letztendlich bin ich froh, mich bei Dr Kayhan operiert zu haben, er ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und ist ein sympathischer Arzt.

My Experience with Medistanbul / Emsey Hospital

At first, a breast reduction with a lift was planned at Medistanbul, but my coordinator called me and recommended another surgeon at Emsey Hospital.
I looked at his work on Instagram and was impressed. I trusted her and agreed.

On the day of my arrival, I was taken to the hospital by transfer. Having to wait a little longer is normal, since Istanbul is a huge metropolis with heavy traffic.
At the hospital, blood tests were done, and the next day I got to meet Dr. Kayhan Zeytin, who informed me about the procedure.

I was cared for by kind nurses at the hospital, and my coordinator Aysegül was always available at any time. She helped me with all my questions, with the hotel accommodation, and even accompanied my companion to the pharmacy.

After my hospital stay, we were accommodated in the hotel right next door. Even during my time at the hotel, Aysegül was always there for me.
Everything went really well, and I am very happy with the result.

On the day of departure, I had to wait a bit longer for the transfer, but the driver apologized, and I understand how traffic is in Istanbul. Didem took care of everything, big compliments to her as well.

At first, I honestly found it a bit strange that I was offered another surgeon and hospital. But I knew there had been some issues with the water pipes at Medistanbul. In the end, I’m glad I had my surgery with Dr. Kayhan — he listened to my wishes and is a very kind doctor.

Honestly although I was nervous and alone, I felt safe and supported.

It was very straight forward, no fluffing about.
I arrived, and straight away was taken to do my checks.
All ready for the next day.
The room was very nice, spacious. Nurses where also very nice and friendly.
Although not many spoke Emglish so had to rely on Google translate a lot.
If there was anything i needed, they were quite prompt to sort you out.
Overall I was happy.

Nasen op Revision

Hallo , ich heiße Sadija ich hatte eine Nasen op in Krankenhaus am Marz mein Dr war Cagri Demirbaglar .. ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Ergebniss und jeden Tag noch schoner !Krankenhaus war sehr sauber und Personal freundlich sehr nett und freundlich ..ich empfehle.Ich verdanke an Berivan und Didem 🥰der Transport war auch gut geklappt.L.G an alle

The wortst experience in my life

I went to Turkey alone in April 2024 to have gastric sleeve surgery in Medistanbul, and everything went wrong from the moment I arrived. My first language is not English, so I asked the Oneclick Health Group agency through which I acquired the service for an interpreter who spoke Spanish and they told me that they didn't have one available, so they gave me an English interpreter who barely knew how to say "hello", which was a shame, he didn't even have basic English. Then they make you sign several consent documents and they were all in Turkish, not even in English, I had to use Google Lens to see what I was signing and to top it off they rushed you to read them all, none of them asked for an emergency contact in case something happened to you. Then the nurses, all unpleasant, none of them spoke English, they didn't wear gloves for the procedures and many times they didn't even pay attention to you, Dr. Mustafa Sıtkı Yüksel didn't speak English either and he only came to see me twice after the surgery without explaining anything about my condition, it was a torment. After the surgery, which went badly by the way, the pain and discomfort I felt was "normal" for the doctor and nurses and it was because I had a leak in my stomach (risk of the surgery) that they only detected at my insistence. Then I had another operation to "fix the leak" and because of that, I had to stay 2 more nights for which I had to pay (almost 500eur) to be allowed to leave the hospital. I never felt well after either procedure. I returned to my country with the medical clearance from them and the pain and discomfort continued for the next 3 days. I went to see my GP and it turned out that the leak was never fixed and I was already suffering from a generalised infection on the verge of sepsis. I was hospitalised for 5 weeks to treat the infection and have another operation to close the leak. The service I purchased included a year of follow-up with a nutritionist. They only gave me one consultation and once they found out I was hospitalised they never contacted me again. I must be grateful that I am alive today. I recommend that you never go to that hospital and never hire services from this agency, they only care about money.

Hola buenas me llamo jonatan y me venido a hacer una manga gastrica, atraves de Adriana, quien me a acompañado entodo lamento. Muy buena experiencia y muy contento con el hospital la traductora y acompañante Adriana los médicos y las pruebas que se me realizaron.

Hallo ich war mit meiner Tochter in Juli da wegen Eingriff da und als begleitend mit Autismuskind 😍😍😍👏👏dabei wir waren 2 Tage in der Klinik sehr sauber alle sehr nett und kompetent sie haben sich sehr bemüht dr sitki sehr sympathisch und offen und direkt 24 Stunde war immer jemand da auch in deutsch prache das fand ich top❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹wir sind zurück nach deutschland und alles ist super keine versteckte kosten alles wie besprochen 👌💞und sie melden sich noch sehr häufig zu fragen wie es geht und diätplan u.s.w alle topp💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞immer wieder gern die sind wie familie sehr Verständnis voll danke an das Team
