AVOID ONEDIGITALS AT ALL COST !
I purchase an Harman Kardon go and play thought onedigitals in the USA.
After receiving my order and willing to plug my items to charge it, I had the bad surprise to see that I had an French and English plug in the box but none for the USA !
I inform onedigitals about the problem, they asked me to take picture of the plugs before to send me the right one that I never received.
But that not all! 6 days later I notice that one of the speaker had a default. Here I am again sending pics to onedigitals. After emailing with Jane margarette , Norman, Agnes, Fatima, I am dealing now dealing with Reza!
I send back the Harman Kardon 2 MONTH AGO to onedigitals.
Since, If I wouldn't have come back to them to see what they were doing, I wouldn't have any news from them. I did send many emails to let them know that I wanted a refund due to the poor quality of their product, the unacceptable, unprofetional customer service and the laque of communication of onedigitals.
Today they have my money and the item! From the last email it seam that they are still looking at the product to see if they can fix. onedigitals is complitly ignoring my will about my refund.
Trying to drown me into commercial excuses !
Today, I am not sure if I will Get my money back even the item at that point!
So believed me if I worn you about onedigitals !
They will take your money and that about it !
Don't count on any customer secvice if something goes wrong !
