Just received the Cambrian Arch.

There are no screws whatsover supplied with the arch and just one screw supplied with the ground support kit. Not impressed!!

Paid for a Shire Badminton Summer house along with installation.

Really wish I hadn't.

The quality of the goods and the workmanship leave much to be desired. The builders blamed the door not being able to be closed from the inside on 'the cheap £2 door handle'. "Everyone complains about this," they said.

Other problems; Scratched window latch, bowed window frame, patchy/missing staining of the woodwork, unfortunate wood 'knot' and missing wood on the door frame. (I've just been told this doesn't effect the integrity of the shed. I agree, but it's right at eye level and cosmetically very unsightly) Despite sending photos and explanations of all the problems One Garden passed me over to deal with Shire direct. A somewhat unsatisfactory return visit still leaves the summer house with flaws, and I've just been told that Shire think those flaws are acceptable. Hence, this review. Buyer beware!

Shire Mumley 7x5 Summerhouse.
Very poor quality low budget rubbish.
T&g doesn’t marry up. Comes in sections even the floor which has gaps when joined together. Leaked immediately as the side panels don’t overlap the floor as they are meant to.
Have needed to use a lot of mastic and 2 part filler in an attempt to make this thing water tight.
Even the screws supplied are the worst I have ever used.
Shop local so you can see the quality before you buy.

Without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, if I could leave no stars I would. Ordered fence panels in April, was told 11th of May for delivery, then they called to say don’t know why it selected that date as no stock. They moved it to 28th of May, took day off work……no delivery! I called the next day and they cough and spluttered and apologised and rebooked for 6th Of June…….took 2nd day off work…..guess what…..no delivery again! Fuming was an understatement. Staff were very apologetic and polite but by now I was too angry to care…..2 days holiday totally wasted. Finally came this morning at 7am after I escalated to a manager, will never use again!!!!!

We were very happy with our new shed and would gladly use this company again 😀.

Ordered on 29th April chased up 13th May promised a call back. Call back on 17th saying item would be delivered on 26th May. Advertised as delivery usually within 7 to 14 days .... I wouldn't recommend due to no comms and really long delivery timescales....

I was delighted with the garden bench I bought from OneGarden, in particular the chunky wood style and curves. It was easy to assemble too. I was kept informed about the status of my order and it was delivered when promised. Very good value.

Our order for a Yardmaster shed was acknowledged immediately and a delivery timescale advised. In the event it arrived earlier than advised but that wasn’t a problem. Price was good and everything was straightforward.

The product turned up promptly and delivered by a nice polite driver. Very pleased with the service.

We chose the Shire Arbor, very pleased with it , delivery was excellent very quick and the delivery driver was excellent, very easy to assemble we have painted it looks great in our garden.

Great selection, easy to use website, quick and good delivery, good quality products for price. Very pleased with every part of this purchase.

Ordered a Mercia garden building. It arrived with a damaged styrene panel. Despite contact with both companies, the only solution they have is to send a replacement 8 panel!!
As the item has been built with us assuming a new piece of styrene would be sent out, this is not a practical solution at all.
Also, the product was extremely fiddly to put up as some of the plinths were warped and lots of adjustments had to be made.
Not reached a satisfactory solution and not happy with customer service of Mercia or One Garden.

We brought the Hampton Corner summerhouse and shed 7ft x 7ft. It is such good quality. We have painted them both and cladded the inside of the summerhouse. We would recommend these to anyone

The fencing was top quality. Excellent service and the delivery was on time. The delivery driver put my fencing on the back garden for me as requested. I would recommend this company to friends and family, and certainly use them again.

I ordered a 8ft by 8ft log cabin for myself so I can do my artwork in there and a place to relax the whole experience from ordering to delivery was very good one small hiccup had to contact the company regarding a missing window arbitrary and the company had it out for delivery with in a couple of days problem resolved I have recommended them already

I ordered a garden arch for my rambling rose which was out of hand. It is a beautiful arch, arrived quickly and I am very pleased with it. Very good service.
