This year I've decided to become a licensed Professional of Anna's methods after having great results with my personal horses (compared to other horse training approaches I tried before). Because the methods work so well, there were in my country already people and teachers working with them only from what they understood in the self-study courses. Of course, with the Pro teaching I have systematically better results, with horses these people worked with before! I also have horses changing so dramatically that top-tier trainers are now following closely what I do because they have never seen that. So there is surely a difference between self-study and Pro courses, a real difference because we learn how to teach to horses the techniques in depth, but also to people. We really deepen our skills and practice with feedback from Anna and practice with her at her stable. I receive daily messages from my students about their successes and how it changed their horses and the relationship they have with them. If I was able to pass this knowledge to others after learning with Anna, it means all of this is not "empty". People want tricks but Anna's techniques doesn't work like that. If you don't remove the desire to control or lure the horse to train him you will not be successful at OHL. To me, Anna is very invested on her close student's progression and is now dedicating most of her time teaching her techniques to other professionals. Her goal is really to spread the methods, that are already coming to many markets so that people doing the self-study or curious about OHL can learn in their language and have support to advance in their journey.

For me, OHL can be summed up in three words: “amazing and magical”!

OHL, Anna and her PRO trainers, made a huge difference for me and my mare. Before OPP/RTRT, my mare would often explode in the arena at the slightest distraction—a horse entering, a person walking by, or even a dog running past. She could be a handful all the way back to the stable and, frankly, dangerous around other horses.

But after just a few months of OPP, with the support of a PRO trainer, my mare and I now walk around the arena with such relaxation and joy that even if a horse explodes just a few meters away, my mare stays calm and doesn’t build up any tension.

For that alone, I will forever be thankful to OHL!

I’m a lifelong fan of these techniques and will never train my horse using anything else. My dream is to become a PRO and help other horses facing the same challenges as my mare. Seeing the effect of OHL techniques on your horse is truly an emotional experience. The first time they yawn, the first time they open up and enjoy being brushed, the first time they lie down during an OPP session, or the first time they hold the bit after an RTRT session—each moment was an “I want to cry” moment for me. 🥹

These experiences will stay with me forever, and I hope others will try these techniques and experience them too. Every horse owner should—it’s truly special, magical, and amazing!

My journey with OHL began during a desperate search for a solution to help one of my horses. He was struggling both mentally and physically, and I had tried every available therapy, treatment, and supplement without success. Contacting Anna for help became my last resort.

I arranged a short trip to see her with my horse because I wanted to experience her techniques firsthand. The first thing that struck me when meeting Anna was her positive and optimistic outlook on life, coupled with her deep involvement as a teacher.

Almost immediately, I observed remarkable improvements in my horse. Anna provided me with a comprehensive strategy and practical tools to address his issues. As I started applying her teachings at home, my bond with my horses transformed, allowing me to experience a closeness I had never felt before. When I took my mare to shows, her behavior changed completely. She was much more focused and performed significantly better.

Mindblown by the results, I decided to become a teacher for OPP. Horses and riders absolutely need this kind of life-changing knowledge and material and I wanted to help to spread it. Anna has always been incredibly supportive, readily available to answer my questions, and has helped me grow both as a horse trainer and as a person.

Of course, the courses come with a price, but the value you get out of them is absolutely unmatched. Nothing I have seen before delivers such quick and immediate results.

Under Anna's guidance, I've learned to listen to my horses in ways I never thought possible. The transformation I've witnessed in my horses is incredible: physically, they've improved tremendously with techniques that encourage natural movement and balance, resulting in healthier, more resilient horses. Mentally, the change is even more profound. My horses are calmer, more confident, and seem genuinely happier.

Anna is an amazing rider, trainer, and teacher. Her dedication to her vision is what makes all her teachings so exceptional. Being a part of One Horse Life has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

After watching someone very dear to me spiral into depression and anxiety after joining one horse life I was prompted to research it a bit. One horse life is 100% a cult that preys on deep pockets and operates under “positive energy”. I have seen my best friends love and excitement for horses turn into a war within herself. She was blown off by Anna, yelled at by palow and repeatedly told she was not getting the method because there was something wrong with her. (There is no such thing as a bad student, only bad teachers)

Even after realizing the toxicity of this organization and many therapy sessions she continues to try and work on the methods but the problem is the methods only work for Anna in a very controlled ranch so when tried at home you struggle and are desperate for “the missing link”. But not to worry you can always upgrade your training for $16k euro to become a “pro trainer” with all the real tips and secrets. (spoiler alert, they are the exact same lessons with maybe one new tip)

From someone who watched as an outsider I firmly believe Anna has a class action lawsuit on the way. You cannot continue to shatter people’s mental health for this amount of money and not face consequences.

My heart breaks at the one star reviews I have read because they are all so similar to what I witnessed in my friend. It is gut wrenching.

Please do not get sucked into this cult and if you do- keeps your eyes open and your wits about you. Confide in someone you trust who is outside of this world so they can let you know when you mental health is starting to slip!!

I am certified OneHorseLife PRO Teacher for two years and counting and a client and a student of OneHorseLife for many more years, and I find myself very confused about the negative reviews I see here.

I am growing my business in incredible tempo, helping many horses and their humans on the way. Not to even mention how it leveled up my personal life in so many areas. I myself had the energy work & diet aligned by Anna & Paweł for me and both services helped me tremendously with the struggle of just surviving the day and patterns of self sabotage. I was all the time also attending regular therapy and my therapist was very amazed with the results and tempo of changes in me that happened thanks to Anna and her guidance. Anna never gave me any medical advices and encouraged me to take part in the therapy and get all the help I needed, but she was there with me and thanks to her tireless engagement and support I am today a successful put together horse- and business-woman that I am.

Daily I see and meet a lot people that are simply very stressed and have big problems with their horses reaching to Anna by phone, email and in person. I see how Anna guides them and navigates them and their horses step by step through their problems and surprise — many horse problems are because huge problems that people have with themselves and in their own life, it cannot be separated. Anna is explaining patiently the steps which are necessary for these people to do in order to keep safe and stay successful as the horses are often super dangerous, but tense people often get offended by just simple instruction. All OneHorseLife techniques are very easily understood through online course (I took them myself!) so everyone can do it on their own and if someone feels stuck at some point we, PROs or Anna herself are always there to come and help you and guide you, and Anna always provides support either herself or via other PRO teachers. It’s sad to see people sometimes getting offended by the simple guidelines of how to solve problems with their horses, but from the experience I’ve got — even the most offended and angrier clients who were simply confronted with the uncomfortable truth about their horses or their own problems affecting these beautiful animals — they are always coming back (because nothing else works!) and when they listen they have the success they wanted to have and even more.

To sum it up. I am incredibly grateful and amazed with the work Anna and Paweł Marciniak do. The horses change tremendously and the people as well. Everyone I got to know through OHL feels like family, very relaxed and professional atmosphere and I enjoy it so much I’ve never imagined I’ve would. Recommend for everyone to try it for yourself and really change your perspective on horse training.

On a separate note: check for yourself other reviewers. They never refer to the actual products or techniques sold or courses but who Anna is as a person. This is not reviewing business but is a personal defamation based on very weak evidence — the fact that someone felt offended doesn’t mean the offensive trigger ever existed. I am keeping horses at the same stable where Anna operates her business from for over 1,5 years and I see these situations and patterns in person. It’s shocking how vindictive and aggressive some people whose horses have problems are. You almost feel sorry for these animals as they are unable to “fix” their owners even by getting sick or very disturbed, instead of taking a moment of self reflection they get only angrier and angrier and take it off to the internet. Why? Your real problem is within you.

I've been a student of Anna and Pawel from 2016, when I bought my first online course through their site. I am not surprised to learn more and more people coming out with horror stories of bullying in OHL. We were all kids or young adults back then and didn't know better - but now we are adults and I'm not scared of speaking up anymore.

I am her customer and this is my honest opinion of her teaching methods and her as a teacher.

Onehorselife, in my eyes, is a cult founded by a toxic narcissist and predator - Anna Marciniak. The image she creates on the internet is fake and it takes less than a second for her to transform, from this ethereal being that she claims to be, into a monster.

Like many others before me said - she did energy readings for me too (200euro per session with no invoice after each payment), through phonecalls in 2022 and tried to scam me into even more of them, claiming I am severely ill and only she can help me heal and protect energetically. I was in a miserable place mentally back then and she took full advantage of it. When I refused further help (because she asked 1500euro per month for it and I couldn't afford it), she completely lost her interest and ignored me (despite being her student of many years).

In the years before she used to host online sessions of BodyMarc (something close to yoga) for horsetrainers where you could witness her very harsh behavior towards her husband - that was the first of many red flags for me. The recordings are still up online on private facebook groups.

I had a friend coming to her as a working student, when Anna had her company in Poland and she experienced disrespect from Anna regularny, public humiliation and mobbing up until the last day. After the flew home, to another country, she stopped believing in anything OHL-related.

Anna manipulated and mentally abused many of my friends who also got into OHL - some of them left early. I stayed, because I was still interested in the horsetraining part of it. I wanted to be able to buy the courses and I was actually happy they are mostly self-study, so you don't have to deal with Anna's ugly energy in person.

They claim they want to keep OHL pure so you can learn all the techniques you want, but if you show too much of how you work with your horse, they threaten you to "know your place" and they make you feel like the worst criminal. She tried to cancel me by persuading to delete my social media account where I share my knowledge about horsetraining. This was the last drop for me and the last time I've ever spoken to her again.

It took me 4 years of therapy, to get back on my feet because my self-worth was completely shattered after Anna's pressure.

Some people have been following OHL teachings for 10+ years but somehow, noone is nowhere near Anna's level - because she gatekeeps you from actually progressing. You always hear that you're not good enough for the next level.

I am writing this review because I saw the link posted under one of Anna's recent instagram videos (it got deleted quickly) - finally there is a place where all the people can comment without her moderating it.
On the official Onehorselife page you will see only positive reviews, approved by Anna.

I was utterly shocked after learning here, that one of her customers took her own life in 2023. I believe karma is real and maybe this is the year where Anna's true face is finally shown to the public.

As per finishing my review - I do NOT recommend Onehorselife as a learning platform nor Anna and Pawel Marciniak as "teachers".

I am happyu to see more good reviews. It is wonderful company and people. I use the methods for more 2 years and has super results.
Had small problem with purchase, but Anna helped me. I do OPP online and Stomach. My horses are very good and I am upset that people write not true.

At One Horse Life I have learned life changing methods. Both for me and my mare. We became so much more relaxed and healthy, and what’s important - our bond got soooo much better. I am an equine physiotherapist, the relaxation methods such as OPP also help me with my patients. Honestly I’ve never learned something more pure, direct and exact in the horse industry. These methods work in every horse and every human.

I have purchased a book, in my opinion it was totally not worth the money and time to read it. Pages and pages of wonderful testomonials praising the author how, lots of words, no real wisdom or value. Basically if you relax, horse relaxes. Waste of money and time spent reading it.

I have never before in my life met such horrible, deceitful and delirious people. Anna and Pawel are the self proclaimed "experts" who claim to know everything and have solutions to all your horse and life problems as long as you keep the checks coming!

They pretend that they care about you and your horses but it is all a facade. The minute you question their methods they will cast you out, publicly humiliate you and even threaten you if you dare to expose them.

Nobody stays long, clients, employees or even instructors, why? If they are such wonderful people as they portray themselves to be?
STAY CLEAR!! DO NOT SPEND A DIME!!!!

What can I say...

In a nutshell: amazing methods for training horses! On the other hand, it also came with a cost of my general mental health. To the people who are experiencing this too, I want to say, you are not alone and you do not need to doubt yourself. Your feelings are correct and trust yourself to believe in them.

I am writing this review because I do not want other people who are, or want, to follow courses, do energy readings, healings etc., to doubt themselves and get into a depression and anxiety as I have been in the past time.

The review:
I am in awe of the amazing methods that OneHorseLife presents. Horses respond wonderfully and it has brought back to me a lot of joy in training. Plus the methods are extremely effective.

But at the same time I know different people, including myself, who followed courses at this organization and did energy readings and needed to go to therapy because of the experience we had in these activities.

Anna is very charismatic and persuasive. At one hand she will raise you above the clouds, to break you in the other moment. You never know when what is coming. A psychological game is being played that is very hard to get out of once you fell for it.

The way the courses and readings are presented are indulged with the message of love. And that’s also precisely how it feels when you are practicing with you horse! It feels wonderful. It gets you hooked and you believe you are in the best hands.

It’s all fun and games, until you ask a question that might be a bit off the track or show the slightest form of criticism. Don’t even think about having a bit of critique. This is not tolerated! So you quit asking questions.

You will never be good enough. There are always more courses, more readings, more healings to do. The next course is even more mind-blowing than the one before. And slowly, they will take a lot of money from you, because the services have extremely high prices. But of course there is an explanation for the high prices, which you also believe. So, you keep buying the courses, because you think you need that in order to succeed.

People around me told me several times that things are wrong the way this organization is managed, and it’s not that I didn’t see that some things were a bit off. It was more that I was so confused about it all. Because, someone who talks about love and being connected so much, how could it possibly be that they are doing the opposite? My close ones must be wrong, and my teachers must be right. I just could not always rime their words with their deeds. So it left me super confused.

There was one particular reading when I could literally not sleep for a week. I would cry and saw myself as the worst person in the world and there was barely any hope left for me to bring something good in this life. It was mainly because I believed in Anna’s words so much!! I felt doomed, trapped with myself, the self-doubt was endless and there was no guidance. Of course I asked for explanation and help, but the explanation always stayed very abstract and there was no help. But the information she told me in the reading, I did not understand. I did not recognize myself in it. I went to everyone close to me to give me honest feedback on what I have heard, but also they did not recognize me in the words from the reading. But still, I believed them! Because, Anna must be right and I must be wrong. Months after I was still sleeping bad because of the information that was delivered. Not only my life around horses was influenced, but also my privat life, including my relationship. I tried to change my life, make better choices, but it felt it was never ever ever going to be good enough. I think if you deliver such information, you should also be there to guide your client further along the way. That didn’t happen.

Looking back, I did change my life for the good, but at what cost? I can give countless other examples from myself and other people how they have been manipulated. And I do not want you to undergo the same fate! Because it’s not true! In my opinion, looking back and putting all puzzle pieces together, they keep you small so they can get money from you.

It’s a shame, really. Because I think that if those people would behave more ethically towards people, I think they could become even more well-known than they are now. The horse world needs to have more of their training techniques.

I would not be surprised if the owners of the company will tell you this review is to make them black or because I am angry. But that’s not the case. I made this review, because I want you to not feel small, not to feel anxious and not to doubt yourself. Your feelings are valid and you should follow what feels right to you. Because that is true!
