I have used OneLegal virtually since it started doing business and have been pleased with its service and its personnel until I discovered this gaping hole in its service offering. Despite offering filing services in virtually all of California's civil and criminal courts, it does not offer any filing services in any of the California administrative agency tribunals -- not the State Bar Court (two venues - LA and SFO) or the Office of Administrative Hearings. That is unacceptable.

Always fast & reliable. It would be helpful if when viewing the list of previously completed orders it had a section for the name of the doc that is being filed/srvd....

One Legal is a very useful, user-friendly service for filing.

A few times I have had to follow up on some process service requests that there was some miscommunications within One Legal, but those were quickly resolved.

The process of filing documents with the courts was very simple and quick.

this company tricks you into believe you are paying 1 price then proceeds to send you a bill for 4times that amount. and when you try to speak to someone regarding this they call you a liar. I know what I agreed to pay for and it was $40.00 and Bam my bill turns out to be $155! they proceed to tell me they don't offer a process service for $40 which is a complete lie. I would have NEVER agreed to pay $155. don't trust this company unless you can afford to be ripped off!

The only reason One Legal doesn't get 5 stars is they do not put the client's name on each and every document. If they do that, they will get 10 stars from me!

One Legal is always there to lend a hand and very supportive, especially in the beginning when we first started using it. It's just so easy to do everything from serving documents (with large proofs of service) to filings. And it is the most efficient way to get the job done as One Legal is very reasonable.
