Best thing I've ever done.
Dean was very helpful, he explained explained about what I wanted and I was given different options on how I could pay for my funeral. I am really pleased with the outcome and Dean was very polite and repeated anything I didn't hear properly or understand. This was the best thing I've ever done. Thank you Dean.

Everything was fine with Ashley etc but…
Everything was fine with Ashley etc but there was a error in the paperwork and that error took a bit of time to rectify, which was annoying.
Overall happy to get this done and sorted.

We as a family are shocked and…
We as a family are shocked and disappointed with how we r being treated. We have had to call so many times to chase things up also due to the lack of communication we had to call the hospice ourself to find out if our mum had been taken. Still waiting to know the day in which she will b cremate. This is adding to what is an emotional time for our family . Poor poor service and stressful
